Pizza Nation — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is for the owner , please don't put a canned response in the reply.. I have worked in the restaurant biz for over 12 years so I do have a little knowledge of how things are done. I also understand reputation management and that some companies hire companies to do responses. I would like to bring this pizza to you today for you to see what your restaurant delivered to me. Sadly I brought everything home before opening it. If this were my business I would look at these google reviews and take a serious hint. There has been a severe turn in reviews within a short amount of time. As an owner you should take this very seriously and correct it before the damage cannot be undone and you close your doors. When there is no customers inside except me and your employees are dorking around and the only focus is my order, the pizza should not be burned. Ok I am not sure how this place went from one of our favorites to what kind of food is this ? We ordered a cheese pizza (burned with very little cheese) a cheeseburger (no cheese and the patty must have had 2 garlic cloves shredded into it ) and a blt salad.( it was ok nothing special, however the dressing was really good ) I understand this stuff takes time to make I accept that. We took our order to go and when we got home it was like opening an expensive letdown. Then eating it because you don't want to drive back. I was generous with a 20 percent tip Did everything right as a customer Wenloved this place prior and it stood out above the rest. Prior. I have a very angry stomach last night and woke up smelling like I ate garlic cloves. Disgusting. ...

I found this place via the Slice app several months ago. Their food has been consistently delicious, the ingredients are high quality and the prices are super reasonable. Their pizza is great especially if you love flavorful cheese, but don’t let the name of the place fool you: everything else is on the same level if not higher. Their Strombolis and calzones may be the best I’ve ever had, especially with the ricotta they use in the calzones. And they’re MASSIVE. There’s a very generous amount of cheese and toppings, especially in the Strombolis (just as you hoped). The family sized option has put me in a food coma a few times. If that’s too much, the Philly and chicken parm sandwiches are excellent and just the right portion. The spaghetti & meatballs is just like mom used to make. Heck, even the prepackaged ice cream sandwiches are amazing. On top of all that, the customer service you get for deliveries is like no other and has “that personal touch” you’ve seen in every Hollywood movie. I’ve never had a bad experience but if somehow you do it’s definitely a fluke. I wish every business operated with this level of quality, efficiency, consumer value...

Well it was 5 stars untill tonight. Ive been ordering here about once a month for the past year. Same order with what I will admitt are some special requests but all 10 previous orders arrived timely & were correct or made correct after a simple call.

Untill tonight. Not only did my order arrive 20 minutes past the time it was due I was met with a driver holding 2 fountain sodas(that cost more then a 2 litre) instead of a 2 litre of Dr. Pepper as usual.

I do order 2 fountain sodas with a note asking that I receive a 2 litre & the extra funds be applied to the other special requests which has never been an issue on past 10 orders.

Tonight though. Order #11 of the same order I am told "you ordered 2 sodas & thats what you got" by whomever was in charge???

Do you realize I pay extra $ this way & you just cost your business a $50+ weekly customer over $3.70 worth of soda that cost you less then $.25!!!!!
