Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Dear Taco Bell, Throughout the years, you have made flavorful food and meal combos that have fed millions of people. I appreciate the good quality you HAD. Yet. Today, the food is horrible in quality and heavily unproportioned with the so called "beef" in these food items. We ordered the " build your own luxe cravings box" for $5.99 through the Taco Bell app. The crunch wrap and soft tacos barely had beef within them. We ordered the same meals yesterday and today. Yesterday, the small amount of meat was given. However, today, we wanted to give Taco Bell a chance to fix it. I asked a TB employee there to make sure there was a good amount of beef put into our meals today. Our family was still given very small amounts of meat. Please look at the pictures of the crunchwrap. At a glance, it looks packed with beef. Yet after cutting into it. The lettuce is what makes a crunch wrap look bulky with only a thin layer of "meat" at the top. The "beef" really looks like chorizo. Chorizo is delicious but Taco Bell advertises beef, not chorizo. We will never eat at Taco Bell again. It's a constant misrepresentation of their commercial food versus the unrecognizable and distasteful food...

Heartbroken but Appreciative

I have always been a loyal Taco Bell fan, and I have to give credit where it’s due—the staff at this location were incredibly friendly and provided great service. My food was fresh, my order was correct, and I truly appreciate their kindness.

But alas, my heart was shattered when I realized they did not have Baja Blast. The one drink that defines the Taco Bell experience, the nectar of the fast-food gods, was nowhere to be found. I came in excited for that sweet, tropical rush to accompany my meal, only to be met with disappointment. A Baja Blast-less Taco Bell is like a taco without filling, a burrito without a tortilla—it just feels incomplete.

To the wonderful employees, thank you for your hospitality. But to whoever decided this location would exist without Baja Blast… why? Why take away something so essential? I can only hope that one day, this grave mistake will be rectified. Until then, I will mourn what...

I stopped in tonight around 6:45pm to grab a quick dinner with my daughter after her karate. We went in and ordered. Service was quick and friendly. We grabbed our food and headed out. When we got to my truck I wasn't able to get it started. 3 employees were outside and noticed my lights flash a few times as I tried to start it and immediately came over to help without my asking! They got one of their vehicles and helped me jump my truck without hesitation! I am so grateful for their help and kindness!! I wish I had gotten their names to be able to recognize them properly! But they definitely made what could have been a stressful situation for a single mom so much easier! Thank you all...
