Port of Subs — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered the same sandwich as I do from EVERY port of subs I go to, an All American, but I asked for roast beef instead of ham, so she said an 18 with bacon, and that it would be the same price.!! She made it, it looked great. Then she told the cashier person 18 PLUS bacon. It came up a more expensive price, the cashier looked embarrassed to have charged that. The sandwich maker said because I got roast beef it was more, even thou she said it would be the same, she even re-rang it the regular All American way and it was $1.50 different. Then she put it back as 18 PLUSE BACON and expected that I pay the higher cost. NOPE.

She even offered to make me a DIFFERENT sandwich, another one, as an All American, with ham, and probably trash the first sandwich rather than charge me for just the all American she had just made. Does that mean they don't mind trashing a perfectly made sandwich over the upcharge of BACON, when I would have just taken the ham if it meant an UPCHARGE In the first place.

These days even $1.50 is NOT the same price!

I will roll myself on down the road to the Port of subs near the Centennial hospital, just a few minutes up to road before I will go to this port of subs ever again.

I hope that $1.50 you tried to charge me was worth losing this customer, and ALL the people...

Wow. These people do not want your business at all. Go anywhere else other than here. We repeated our order multiple times and the sandwich itself was fine. But, they were not happy that we came in 45 minutes before closing. They were already cleaning everything up and saying things like, "you don't want tea, do you?" and "you don't want avocado, do you?" heavy sigh Realizing that we were so unwelcome here, we said we'd just eat outside when they asked "for here or to go.". But, even this was not good enough! They told us that the outside tables were theirs and we couldn't sit at them because they are closing and we might take too long eating. We had two tasty medium sized sandwiches this morning for breakfast after an early appointment this morning. My wife had the turkey and cheese sub and I had the salami, pepperoni and cheese sub. Both were delicious. My wife drank cold tea and I drank a mixture of 67% diet coke and 33% cherry coke. We both refilled our drinks to carryout after we finished our subs. Service was excellent. Employee was very friendly and patient as we decided on our choices of subs. She said with a smile that we were her 3rd and 4th customers since she opened this morning.
