We were told that our suit rental would be ready on 6/3 for pickup at store 2405 located at 2110 N Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas, Nevada. We arrived at the store 6/3 around 12 pm where we were informed that my fiancé’s (the groom) suit was not there. Although we ordered the suit 2 months prior and were told it would be ready to pick up first thing 6/3. We were told “it might come in with the afternoon shipment”. There was no definite answer given. The gentlemen helping us told us it would be a waste of time to call fedex to track the suit because he would be a hold for a long amount of time. He then told us to take it with a grain of salt as to when the suit would arrive. Keep in mind our wedding was Saturday June 5th at 6:30 am and this was all regarding the GROOMS suit. We were told they would call at 1 pm that day when their afternoon shipment came in and inform us whether or not the suit was in. My fiancé then gave them his phone number so they could call. They had not called us at 2:30 so my fiancé called them. Each time he called it would just ring and nobody picked up. He called at least 10 times. Then he called on my phone (which they did not have my number) and they answered on the first few rings. This led us to believe they were ignoring his phone calls. They told us that it hadn’t come in. They also said they had no idea when it would be in. They did not even offer to track the suit. They said it may or may not be in the following day and they would call us after their morning shipment to let us know. An hour after the said shipment was supposed to come in we still had not received a call. So we called and they said the suit was in. We went in and picked the suit up. Not once did they try to do anything to help the situation or apologize for it arriving late. While we were the we witnessed one of the female employees yell at another group picking up their rentals. Although the group waived their right to try on their suits and signed the waiver acknowledging if anything happened or if the suits were wrong men’s wearhouse couldn’t do anything the employee continued to yell at the group. My parents dropped off the suit because I did not want to ever go back to that store or encounter any of those employees ever again. My parents were yelled and told to just hang up the rental. They did not follow up on how the suits were or anything. The customer service was extremely poor each time we encountered any of the employees or stepped foot in the store. We flew in from out of state for our wedding. So we had no car and were forced to rely on Uber as our transportation to and from the store. We spent nearly $200 going back and forth to the store because we could not get a clear answer on the phone as to when the suit would be in. I would avoid the location at all costs and go to one of the four other men’s wearhouse locations in Las Vegas, Nevada. The customer service was awful, they made no attempt to help or fix the situation, and added so much unnecessary stress to our plates. The whole situation ruined two full days of our vacation because we were worried about and the suit and tried to chase it down because the employees did nothing to help us find it. The whole negative experience took away from the joyful experience of what our wedding should have been. The customer service representative was receptive of our feedback and said they would inform the store of the need to improve their customer service. But we were not offered a reimbursement or refund for the money spent on the suit or the money spent on the multiple Ubers we took there. Other the customer service representative stating that she would talk the store employees nothing was done to make the situation right. Avoid men’s wearhouse store 2405 located at 2110 N Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas, Nevada.
UPDATE: After posting my review on google and contacting the Better Business Bureau someone from customer service reached out to me via email on June 18th. They reimbursed our entire party for their rentals and reimbursed us for our...
Read moreSpent $600 on a full business suit and white dress shirt at the Las Vegas Twain location, the salesperson put it on a metal coat hanger which stained the collar. Called the location on Rainbow in North Vegas. They said bring it in we can exchange it for you.
Went there, and the manager refused to exchange it saying it was from normal wear and tear. I just bought it three days ago, and wore it for 30 minutes in total for a job interview and took it off. The manger wasn’t rude, but definitely was unpleasant. Now I’m driving back down to Twain just to exchange something they could’ve easily handled there.
If it’s all the same company, I don’t understand why they couldn’t exchange it. And the manager on duty didn’t bother to explain that either. Just said she wouldn’t exchange it. Horrible customer service. The other employees looked nervous like they weren’t surprised by her lack of interpersonal skills. Last suit I’ll ever buy from Men’s wear house. They’re clothing is overpriced, and they don’t have consistent service standards.
Update: so I tried updating this quite a while ago but couldn’t find the review. I have since forgotten about it until it popped up in my emails. Basically I was in the wrong, because I never really wear whitedress shirts, or at that time any dress shirts really, it was totally a sweat or oil stain, so I do feel like the dude version of a Karen, would be Kevin??!! I don’t know and it doesn’t matter.
The young person who was the rudest, still was way out of line by how she spoke to me and treated me. It was still horrible customer service, but the main manager of the store called me and asked if I would come in and talk to her. And she was great… she made it all better so that was good. I have since shopped there to up my formal dress game, and have found some incredible deals. Hopefully the younger salesperson didn’t get canned, cuz nobody wants to see that either, and maybe they learned something about dealing with a difficult customer that day (me being a jackass). So my final review is they do have some nice options compared to some alternative choices, and if you can score some deals, you’re doing pretty good. I also like the selection of dress shoes compared to...
Read moreThe 4 stars are for a young man named Manuel who has been working here for roughly 2 weeks. We walked in to get help for a formal military event and they had been understaffed. He was working with 2 female managers, one was a black female with a heavy accent who was mostly gone until we paid for our transaction (unsure if she was on break or what but she provided minimal service of that).
The other female was a latin female with very poor customer service and attitude. She truly did NOT want to help us with complaints of being under staffed and that it would take her 40 minutes to size 3 men for a wedding. No apology no customer service ability what so ever. Unsure is she has a problem with white females. Manuel stepped in and immediately helped us and we found my husband's sizes all by trying on Manuel's suggestions. If he had not been there I may have yelled at that woman and walked out and called corporate. Customer service goes a long way. She even went as far as saying "oh he can't help measure for his sizes." That woman is horrible at her job. She needs re training. She tried to belittle him (treating him as if he doesn't know how to do his job) and me (and I'm the customer). All she had to do is offer to provide a solution. She demanded we come back at 330 and did not ask...just with attitude barked at us that we have to come back later.
Manuel you will go far as a salesman don't listen to that woman if she is your manager, because how she behaves will get you complained on to corporate.
Thank you so much Manuel for being respectful. We spent over 300 in that store in less than an hour. I can only imagine how other customers feel having to deal with...
