South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I’m giving it a Three, They messed up my order -For management (1260) . I was told by the manager they were going to redo my whole order three large subs two fries and a drink, They apologized for their mistake and i said it was okay. I come back today to pick up and the same lady that took my order there first was there, First of all let me start off by saying horrible attitude. if you don’t like dealing with your mistakes please don’t work in costumer service, Secondly i ask for them to remake the whole order she says “But the only thing that was wrong was the subs” Does your management not communicate with their team? Even the soda is bad. My “Philly Cheesesteak” turned out to be some random Mexican line cook’s idea of what a Philly Cheesesteak might be. They seriously asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it.

The “sandwich” I was served was already cold, greasy/sloppy, and gross. The ridiculously tiny portion of fries I got was cold and pretty run-of-the-mill for such a ridiculous price. The Mountain Dew just tasted like watered down sugar water.

The service was delightful, however, which is the only reason I don’t mind giving it one star instead of complaining that I can’t give it zero stars.

Bottom line: Save your money. There are plenty of places that will charge you too much for good food. No need to spend too much on...

Horrible! The fries appeared and tasted as if they were old and just dumped back in hot grease to heat them up. I took one bite of the sandwich and threw the rest in the trash. I can't even describe the taste but I gagged in an attempt to swallow the one bite.
