As a local, I stopped by there to buy food after I bought a few pair of shoes from Skechers. I work as a full-time Nurse and needed shoes after working a full 12 hour graveyardshift at the local hospital. I decided to step into this particular Chipotle since it was on my way out after purchasing shoes from Skechers. A large Hispanic group was purchasing their food AFTER me and one of the men and women in the group LITERALLY PUSHED ME with their hands out of the way to the cashier. I finally spoke up and said their actions were inappropriate, and I told them what they did. The Hispanic man in the group, dropped his head and said, "You are right. We apologize." There were 5 Hispanic women and 1 Hispanic man. One of the Hispanic women then said to me in perfect English "When Hispanics are in a group and we don't speak English, this is how we are." I then proceeded to say to her, "Stop lying. You just spoke perfect English to me, and the man and women who just pushed me, apologized to me, after I called them out." (I am originally from California. My children's Godparents are from Nyarit, Mexico, and my uncles are from El Salvador). That's when the Hispanic man stopped the Hispanic woman from lying to me (mind you the Hispanic women and man dropped their heads, could not look me in my eyes). This all happened at the register in front of a young Black Gay Man of Chipotle. When I went to pay for my food AFTER the Hispanic group apologized to me because they knew they were wrong, the young gay Black man/cashier, literally rolled his eyes at me, smacked his lips very loudly, and asked what did I want. I told him I wanted to pay for my food, which was right there in front of him. As a local, we all know we don't go to Chipotle. We go to Los Rivas for real Mexican food. Warning, if you are a local, do not go to the tourist traps. Just buy your stuff at the outlets if you have to, and support the local...
Read moreI ate lunch at this location on Aug 21, 2024. There were about 5 in line when I walked in. It took 15 minutes to get to the counter and start our order. Only one person, supper slow, behind the counter, one cooking and one cashier. We ordered a chicken burrito and a salad with chicken. Out of chicken. So we switched to steak. He said the chicken they just cooked was ready to be cut up, but I didn't want to wait any longer, so we stuck with steak. When we got to the cash register someone came up and said they wanted their money back because the chicken wasn't even close to being cooked all the way through. Still red in the middle. So, we waited while they got their money back. Sat down at a dirty table, they were all dirty. Seriously disappointing. All the steak in the salad and burrito was gristly and fatty. Maybe half was edible. Lettuce was wilted...Like Regina Rodriguez states in her review, the people are nice but they are just going through the motions and not everything is fresh. I'd avoided Chipotle for years. Maybe I'll try another one, but I'd avoid this one no...
Read moreWe had planned to stop for dinner at this location on our way to Zion National Park. Our group included nearly 10 adults plus children. This restaurant is situated in a high-end outlet, so we had higher expectations for service and availability.
We arrived at 6:30 PM, which was 2 hours and 30 minutes before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM. To our surprise, they were out of several essential items — including rice, beans, and fajita vegetables. When we inquired whether they would be restocking or preparing more, we were told bluntly that this was all they had and there were no plans to remake anything.
It was incredibly disappointing, especially given that this occurred nearly 3 hours before closing. This lack of consideration and unwillingness to accommodate guests, especially a large group, left a very poor impression.
I would strongly suggest taking your business to another Chipotle location. I also hope Chipotle management takes appropriate action to address such...
