Villa Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Went on 12/26/16 with my 4 year old to eat. I paid with my debit card. Before we went to another store, I felt the need to check my balance (not sure why) and there it was I was charged TWICE the same amount. I went back to talk to the "owner" she first accepted her machine was acting "weird" but told me since I signed only once I was charged only once. I SHOWED her my statement online but she refused to accept this "mistake" and told me to file a claim with my bank. POOR customer skills lady! You should be ashamed of yourself. If you go there PAY with CASH! There was no point in arguing with her. Used my tap credit card . I saw approved on the screen of the tap machine. No receipt was printed. Cashier said it didn't go through.
