During and after the pandemic I went thru quite an upheaval...I had just moved my buisness of 20 years to a new location in 2019 and then moved from one home of over 15 years to another...I managed to get my 2019 taxes in and then the pandemic simply shut down my very lucrative buisness for 4 months.....between getting sick several times and struggling to hang on to my buisness till we were allowed to reopen...it took an amazing toll on myself my family and my crew...but we preservered....at the beginning of 2024 I had pretty much sorted everything out but I had 4 years worth of back taxes...was paying a huge monthly payment and had been for several years ...and was carrying 5 figures in back taxes ....some of those taxes going back as far as 2017 and we're about to become eligible for lien status ...I looked on line and found a tax service that was touted as the BEST in vegas .....I called and got a voice mail several times but eventually I got a rep on the phone and he booked me for a month later...I told him I needed to file 2020 thru 2023...and he told me that first thing we could do is file an extension for 2023...and then booked me for May 4th 2024.....a month in the future...smh I showed up at the designated time and date to find a small office in a strip mall that was on the second level ...carried all my records up the stairs ...only to find the office locked ...and no one there...I called multiple times and got voice mail ...defeated I carried all my stuff back to my truck and sat in the parking lot...I had waited a month for this appointment..I looked at the reviews for the tax service and saw that the bad ones they had were for exactly this scenario....I started looking for services near me and Google suggested Sonia's.....

I When I called Sonia's They picked up the Phone immediately and the lady who answered was extremely pleasant And not rushed at all... I think she could tell right away that I Was in a bit of distress over the situation That I was in as I explained It to her...

She didn't book me for a month away, She didn't ignore me or my plight, Instead She said for me to come down to their offices right then ,Since I was in the area ,and they would work Things out for me... When I got there,They explained to me that the other tax service had booked me an appointment 2 weeks past my deadline for filing an extension that they told me they were going to do for me, they had also simply ignored my appointment and left me hanging....and that they were going to handle everything!!

I was there for approximately an hour and when I left I felt fantastic!!!☆☆☆☆☆They took all of my records.They sorted out everything for me.... And there was four years worth of stuff there... When I was missing certain banking records , they found a bank manager for the branches And set up a delivery for me of all of the missing records...

By the time They were finished.... I had a zero backtax balance...No more huge monthly payments.... I received a return that more than paid for their bill... And I paid off a five digit tax debit....

They worked with me and allowed me to make payments on my account until we were clear and gave me help and coaching instructions the entire time I was waiting....

I honestly could not be more impressed or more happy with the service that I received And I feel like I have made good friends and joined a family these people Will do my business books and taxes for the rest of my life!!!! If you have ever been intimidated by your tax issues.Or lost sleep.This is definitely the firm that you want to come and see......
