Got my prescription done here and needed to get a new emailed to me was informed that it could take one week to get emailed never received the email. Called back again for them to tell me that it’s my responsibility to keep the original prescription mind you the prescription was given to the place that did my glasses because it’s a “ courtesy “ for them to give it to me again. I couldn’t understand the lady speaking on the phone so asked to speak to the manager, who ended up being the owner, as soon as she answered was very rude and started yelling at me and told me that once they get the information emailed out everything is destroyed after which is understood even though you put the information on the paperwork you fill out. Then proceeded to keep telling me that it’s my responsibility not theirs to keep my prescription on hand and that they’re doing a courtesy by emailing it to me even though they don’t have too. Would not recommend this...

Quick, efficient service. Great selection of frames at a great price. A good variety of insurances accepted, including Medicaid (always check with your insurance company). The Medicaid frame options were plentiful, with the option to pay the price difference for upgraded frames. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes. Huge, clean, bright office in a location that is easily accessible in a strip mall with ample parking, usually right in front.

The office will call to confirm your appointment and if you are running late. The front desk lady is nice once she warms up to you in an “auntiesque” manner that I find endearing. Good customer service from all staff.

Dr. Keller is an old school optometrist. Glad he is still around ♥️. Would recommend and return. This is the type of office that a patient can enjoy...

I called to obtain the PD (pupillary distance) I was then told they don't release the PD because of blah blah blah .....then I was told that no place in Vegas releases the PD ( whole time I knew this was a LIE) this place just doesn't want you to order glasses from anywhere else, basically forcing you to come back to them .... Not only did I call "they eye care center" located on civic center in las Vegas to verify the statement. I googled if it was legal for and ophthalmologist not to release your PD ... And well let's just say if I wanted to vindictive I'd call my lawyer .... Over all they gave me good advice about how to go about getting another pair ... But for the simple fact .. they don't release the PD is mind boggling because there trying to MAKE me be a customer .. in my opinion not such a good...
