I’m not usually one to give a negative review but the horrendous customer service and very rude owner has left me no choice. I placed an order on Ubereats and called to verify my order and the owner was very rude on the phone, yelling saying he wouldn’t sell and I should go ahead and cancel the order, I asked why? He said I caused some bad blood between them and Ubereats, he couldn’t say what it was when I asked, I was taken aback because I didn’t understand what was going on and the reason for the rude attitude. He kept yelling “it’s always Nigerians! They complain about this, about that” I realized it was a time I tried placing an order for their banga and I got a notification that they were out of stock after placing the order. So, Ubereats canceled the order and refunded. It ain’t my fault you didn’t have what you advertised on your menu. This so-called restaurant is an embarrassment to food, hospitality, and basic human decency. The food is disgusting beyond words. Overloaded with salt and Maggi until it tastes like punishment, not a meal, the owner literallytold me he loaded it with Maggi. Every bite felt like they were daring me to keep eating, and the worst part? They serve it with zero remorse, like they know it’s trash and don’t care.

The customer service? A total disaster. Rude, careless, and offensive. The owner himself is the crown jewel of the nonsense — arrogant, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful. He had the audacity to say he doesn’t like Nigerians because “they complain.” Excuse me? People complain because your food is HORRIBLE, your service is HORRIBLE, and your attitude is even worse.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST—food and service alike. I ordered two plates of spicy noodles, asun, and chicken suya, and beef kebab, but I received soggy, salty noodles (both portions served on one plate), and it looked disgusting! They even added shrimp, which I didn’t ask for, with no regard for allergies. We also never received the beef kebab.

By the way, the asun was basically three tiny pieces of goat meat drowned in lots of veggies and oil. When I called to express my displeasure, the man had the audacity to tell me the plate was big enough for two portions, so there was no need for two plates. He added that it’s only Nigerians who complain, well, he’s absolutely right because we know what the food should taste like! He also tried to play the “I have people your age at home” card, which goes to show the deep level of unprofessionalism.
