Grays Banana Pudding — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I really want to like this place. I saw in their website that it's best to order ahead because they run out of flavors but when I got there for my scheduled pickup there was a sign that said, "Be back in 15 minutes" I was on my way to work but I had already paid for my order so after 15 minutes I had to leave. My husband later picked up my order but it was all wrong, even after he went back and corrected the order the employee (who was leaving at 5pm) still gave him the wrong flavors and sizes. My coworker and I really liked the cheesecake, I ordered banana but we didn't get that instead we got strawberry, I think. For the experience this is too expensive. In this economy you can't just keep giving business second chances, its a shame. Turns out the sign on the door was there for no reason, if the owner notices a drop in business it's because there's a sign out front that says they're on break and their open sign...

The place was closed during business hours, he did not answer our call, after us waiting in front of the door under cold weather, he came and did not even apologize. There was a BIG sign on their door, said “free samples” but he said he is out and does not have any samples even though he was prepping oreo pudding inside. We asked how the puddings were, he just said “they are good”, instead of explaining how they really are.
