Went to this location on 2/06/22 at 618pm. I ordered the family fill up for 23.99 . I specifically asked for Cole slaw as one of the sides and the other two for mash. Isa the cashier at drive rhru took my order and advised that meal already cones with those sides. Fine. I am told to wait on the side at drive thru for my items. I get my food approx 10 minutes after and proceed home. I go home and notice all three sides are mash. I return to the store 15-20 minutes later and instead go in the store to get one of my large sides changed out. During this time I observe an older lady and husband at the counter complaining about their order and that they didn't get cole slaw and something about their online order that the store could not fulfill because they ran out of items. The manager who later identified himself as Angelo (Asian gentleman with one working eye) asked me if he could assist me. I told him I ordered a cole slaw and got three mashes and wanted to change it out. He relayed that they ran out of cole slaw a couple hours ago and couldn't give me that item. Fine I know we are in a pandemic and the supply chains are tight, so I understood but first advised him that Isa assured me of items and that was 15 minutes ago. Angelo eventually substituted fries for my cole slaw which I was fine with. HOWEVER during this time I cashier by the name of Ian (White tall teenager ) was giving major attitude to the two senior customers. The husband of the older lady told him if they were going to get there money ba k because they ordered their food online and now you are saying that you don't have the items. What do I do? After that conversation the husband said this is terrible I'm not going to come in here again in which Ian then replied "Good we don't need you, we have plenty of other customers to give us business" . I immediately jumped in the conversationand told him young man that was really rude of you to say that and at that point asked for his name and the Manager's name because this happened infront of Angelo (Manager) and he just remained quiet and then walked away like nothing. I'm sorry these two customers were older senior citizens and they were mistreated here by Ian's attitude and rough talking. I felt the need to step in because I took it as someone mistreating my grandparents. Anyone would have stepped in. The older got Ian's name too and I'm hoping she complains because Ian is a terrible representation on KFC. So is the Manager Angelo who seemed timid in dealing with that incident. Also Angelo needs to train Isa and advise her that don't offer items if you don't have it. I wasn't going to complain about my incident but after what I witnessed from Ian something needs to happen.    Read moreWell my order was miss half my order 2weeks to my visit so I called on the phone the next day and I got some stupid little kid telling me he was the manager but when I asked his name he didn't answer me and he didn't say is name I knew he wasn't the manager and then when I told him he was not the manager he hung up on me I was pist at this point so I called back and noone answered so I waited about 15 minutes and then I called back and the same kid answered the phone and I asked him to speak to the manager and bottom play games with me then I was told that the manager would be in about an hour so I waited an hour called back and told the manager that I had called a a kid was playing games on the phone she said there's nothing she could do about it so I began to explain what had happened to my order after being drilled like I stole something and going back and forward for over 25 minutes the manager decided to give me everything that I was missing and everything that I had order she said I could get the Whole free whenever I wanted to pick it up dear God you would have thought that I stole the Damm food I even had the receipt and time it was nice but the hell I had to go through was so unnecessary So I went back to get the food a week or so later and was integrated again but after 15 minutes I finally got my food It's bad enough that the food is Damm expensive I was told I would not have any problems getting the food when ever I went to pick it up that was not true something need to be done so customer service đâđŠș s not like being interegated like a criminal for God sakes my order what the hell is the world coming to was 48.00 dollar it doesn't matter how much I spent I had proof even if I didn't these works are not fair or right with how they treated me and it sucks to...
   Read moreI went to try the new chicken tenders today. I ordered the 3 strip meal but I got home and I had bone in chicken. I go back and they replace the order. Get home and guess what THERE IS A LONG BLACK HAIR IN THE BOX. I go back for the second time and go inside. I ask to speak with the manager. The black lady that is working drive thru and front counter says what can I help you with. I asked if she was the manager. She responds again with what can I help you with. I told her that there is a long black hair in my food and she looked in the box. She asked if I wanted a remake and a said no I want a refund. So then she takes the box to the MANAGER whom is working the line. She tells him that I'm saying there is a hair in my food and it's the same guy just returned his food. I can hear him from the front counter say "there is no way we didn't see that hair in the box before sending it out. He causing all this waste." I ask the lady what is he talking about back there. She said oh nothing he mad. So unprofessional! It was a Asian man with a glass eye. Didn't see no hairnets in use. Especially for the lady at the counter whom had long black hair that looked exactly like the hair in the box. Never eating at this KFC again. I think the hair was put in there because they was mad I returned the first order. After she did the refund I asked for a copy and she said nope gotta keep it for records but you can have the original receipt. Like she couldn't reprint it. The receipt she gives me is a duplicate receipt, go figure. The receipt was definitely not what I ordered but it was what I was charged for.
