Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lathrop

I ordered online, the app allowed me to pick a certain amount of sauces, when I got to the window the manager I assume, tall Indian lady dressed possibly like management definitely stood apart from regular employees, was working slowly, with a huge line and when I questioned about the sauces she said it’s only “one item I already put two in the bag” I would understand if I ordered and didn’t add any sauces and I am trying to order sauces and get them for free but no the APP allowed me to add those sauces to the order, the manager with, her Indian accent, she seemed visually irritated by me asking this question and gave me one other sauce and none of what was on my order, if that’s an issue you should email the app management team to adjust this but I am a GM of a fast food restaurant and if it’s on the ticket it goes In the bag, order accuracy and missing an incorrect items among fast food and this is why because MANAGERS decide what they want to do well that will affect your metrics and surveys so no this experience has turned me sour especially the customer service was trash and not welcoming and they had no sense of urgency when I left there were 8+ cars in the drive thru, anyways I wouldn’t go here again unless...

I am absolutely love Jack in the Box!!! I've been going to this location for years and the food is always bussin. The people who work there are always friendly and attentive. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I mean, where else can you get a juicy burger, crispy tacos, and a side of curly fries all in one place?! The value is unbeatable and the quality is consistently high. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I'm never disappointed. The boba tried it, loved it. The coffee tried it, loved it. The fries tried it, loved it. The curly fries tried them, loved them. All the chicken sandwiches tried them, loved them. Can’t forget the tacos either, loveee them. The breakfast items are a game-changer - the bacon and egg sandwich on a toasted bun is my go-to! And don't even get me started on the shakes... creamy, thick, and utterly divine. No cap. I've converted all my friends and family into Jack in the Box fans and we always make it a point to stop by whenever we're in the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal. I adore Jack in the box. I’m used to the management being on top of the employees behavior. My favorite one is in pacific beach. Those guys out perform any Jack that I have visited. I was seriously hoping that this one would be up there in my ranking. Had bad service and food was wrong. Husband went in to complain. Lady was so abrupt and angry. Had to call customer service that was on the receipt. Oh well. Maybe that was a fluke, and she was having a bad day. We let it go and visited another time. Had bad service and the food was wrong, again. I am so sad that this lady is just spending her time there and hating every minute there. No pride in a job well done, nothing like that. I am a teacher and I appreciate how hard it is to accommodate some people. I don’t look down on anyone. But please if you hate your job this much, please don’t drag other people down with you. I will probably give them a third try, as they say third time is a charm. If the lady is still there, I guess I will stop...
