awful. i have ordered from this location multiple times over 3 years. one time was told to park, after 40 minutes never got my order. they had to refund me and remake my order the next day. overtime missing items, cold food, messy restaurant' i'm genuinely shocked. other locations nothing is missing from my order food is nice and hot. now not only are items missing and the employees as well as the restaurant, are sloppy and rude but, the food is also cold which from last year the quality of the food was never that bad. now this year the food quality is questionable and the restaurant is not clean. the managers/staff is always changing but, not in a good way. high turnover. i tried to give this location a chance multiple times and can't believe that a chick fil a is being run in this manner. its a bad look for the community, and when you ask basic questions or for something none can respond coherently. i would advise whoever owns this branch to investigate and i would strongly recommend customers that want clean food from respectful employees to go to another location but, this location is really bad and not it. yes, i have spoken to managers and have had to get refunds multiple times with them offering to make my order or give me free drinks (which shouldn't happen in the first place if the order is right). from 2021 to now the restaurant has only gotten worse sadly. i didn't feel safe eating or drinking the food i was given on multiple occasions this is why i'm leaving this review so that other customers don't waste their time and can eat somewhere clean because when that comes to food' cleanliness matters. other locations are clean in the bathrooms and on the dining room floor, this location is dirty. if i could give 0 out of 5 stars i...
Read moreI came to this location due to the fact that the Coral Springs location is renovating. Let me just say, I will be waiting for the Coral Springs location to open back up. I came in and at first the customer service was great, the cashier was kind and efficient. It was when I was waiting that everything was going down hill. I work in the service industry and it was quite busy so I was patient and sympathetic but after 30-45 minutes everybody cleared and it was me and a couple other people waiting. At this point, I started becoming impatient because as I stated before it was already 30-45 minutes. At this rate, I went up to the lady and asked how much longer it would be for my order and she told me she would check on it. 15 minutes goes by and she’s still there and I haven’t gotten an update on my order. I hit the hour mark and I finally got my food but then I had to ASK for my drinks (3 drinks) and I had to then proceed to ask for a cup holder for said drinks. As I was waiting, I made a couple observations, 1.) Half of the staff was standing around doing nothing as they kept looking at the crowd of people and nobody came up to ask for anyone’s names or orders or how long they had been waiting, 2.) It wasn’t even just an issue with the FOH workers but also the BOH workers because the same two people kept asking for the same thing for one order for 20 minutes, 3.) I did not see any manager on the clock. This isn’t just a poor reflection on management but also on the operator and the store. It should not have taken me an hour with no check up to get my simple three meals. Read moreI never thought I would see the day where a Chick-fil-A establishment would provide poor service. I was traveling on the Turnpike, and I pulled off the Commercial Blvd exit to visit this Chick-fil-A. It was the worst decision I made. First, I couldn't figure out how to enter the drive-thru line. So, I entered through an area that was partially blocked. I apologized to Jonathan, the gentleman taking my order. He dismissed me and sarcastically indicated how I should have entered the line. Keep in mind, it was dark, lighting in the area was not great, and it was my first time at this location. Anyhow, I went on to place my order. At the end, Johnathan asked me about sauces. I began to make my requests like I do at every Chick-fil-A that I have visited. Johnathan, cut me off to tell me that "they charge for extra sauces." I asked, well, how many sauces do I get with each meal that I ordered. He stated, two. Ok, was my response, and I continued to request my sauces. Johnathan did not read back my order and hedid not give me a receipt. I paid and proceeded to the window to pick up my order. My order was incorrect, I was missing a fry, and I did not get the amount of sauces that I asked for. I explained this to the gentleman handing out orders. He asked me for my credit card to charge me for the missing fry. I was shocked! I have NEVER been asked for my card when my order was incorrect at a Chick-fil-A. I had no receipt to compare what I paid for versus what I received. Again, I asked for additional condiments. I had to send my children in to get the extra condiments.
