Needed some last minute special supplies to hang some large format photos with metal frames and couldn’t find what I needed anywhere. Found Jerry’s Artarama online and in a last ditch effort went to find if they had what I was looking for. Got there to find that they didn’t have it in stock for sale, but when I explained my urgent situation, the staff went out of their way to help me and find me exactly what I needed from their personal back room stock that they used for their own framing.
