Literally have never gotten a single order correct in the 4 years I have attended and takes months to fix. (I understand this is a weird semester, but this happened before COVID as well.) Consistently told incorrect answers that cause my order to be delayed even further. Their online ordering system is atrocious and just plain glitchy and confusing to navigate. Just go through a third party as chances are high you won't even get the correct textbooks at all, let alone in time for class. I would do so myself if I didn't rely on sponsorships to pay for my textbooks. For such a well-known, respected university, you'd think their bookstore would at least accomplish bare minimum. Read moreExtremely frustrating and disappointing experience trying to get textbooks through the bookstore. Ordered early used copies of my books and get a call weeks later that only NEW copies are available which is $200 more than the used copies. I felt extremely mislead and taken advantage of which I relayed to the manager. They refused to do anything even though one of their own employees lied straight to my face. They are not there to serve students first, their primary goal is to make as much money as they can. I will not be shopping for textbooks here in the future and I advise other students to go...

However, they run good sales a lot and give percentage off often to students and alumni. Parking is not bad as it is connected to a parking garage.
