Beautiful park nestled in the middle of mass street. This quaint yet expansive park boasts clean walkways and play areas for the kids, updated playground and picturesque walkways. Great location to take the kids as you finish up your shopping or after a brunch at one of the local establishments. Will be back and definitely a highlight of downtown Lawrence!

The park is very nice and well kept. Durning the summer the staff is wonderful except for the old bald guy the runs the summer camps and city activities. He is a nightmare and should of been fired along time ago! I can't believe he hasn't gotten complaints because he represents the city and treats people horribly. The park however as long as you dont ruin into the city employees is wonderful. Great place to take pictures...

This is a really nice park located in downtown Lawrence Kansas this park has everything to keep your children occupied for a few hours plus it has some rich history if your into that sort of thing it is handicap ♿️ friendly has plenty of benches for sitting and drinking fountains in the summer months go see it for yourself you won't be...
