My friend and I went to lucky dog almost every weekend for three years. They had some staff change and it just wasn’t the same. The staff when we first went there knew all my dogs names, birthdays, and was always so happy to see them when we came through. We always got dog cookies for our dogs and even got cakes from them for their birthdays. We went in this last weekend after our trip to Kansas City because we haven’t been by in a while. We walked in and wasn’t greeted. Was pretty much ignored. Got our usual dog cookies and I even purchased some chews for them. When my friend said something about the amount of dogs we had one of the workers said “I know I’ve seen them” We was looking around and realized we came in right before we closed so we left. We wasn’t sure if they was quiet towards us because they were about to close but if they would have said something we would have left. Went to the shop with my husband and fur baby for the first time since I don't live close to downtown. The person ( I am thinking it was the owner )who helped us was extremely friendly , sweet and very kind to my baby. The store has a great range of products and is clean! We happened to talk about the health problems my baby was experiencing and she immediately made numerous recommendations as well as giving me some samples to help with the symptoms.
