Paid a visit today at 7:45 pm and was not pleased. Sat in drive through line for 30 mins. before reaching the window. One of the workers a young man, was standing outside with head phones and I'm wondering what's going on with him? He walked up to my car, (no name tag, uniform etc. stating he worked there) and said "Uh our mike just broke so I'll be taking your order." I'm like um ok? Gave my order for 2 medium blizzards mind you they are $5 each! Finally reached the window, paid and the young man gave me one of my blizzards. First off, he did not turn it upside down to show how thick it was. As I grabbed the cup, I noticed it was melted. I said Um this is melted and he looked at me like I spoke a foreign language. So I said I don't want this, it's melted. He said I can't make another one. I replied I'm not accepting this, I didn't pay $5 for melted ice cream. He sat for a moment then he said she'll make you another one. The she was another co worker I guess. He returned with another one that was solid, still didn't turn it upside down. I said thanks and drove off. You cannot make ice cream orders ahead of time with a long line and expect customers to accept it. That's not good business. I think management needs to express to the staff the importance of customer satisfaction. Take care of each customer one at a time and don't pre make ice cream orders. I will not be returning any time soon as long as the dining area...
Read moreI went through the drive through yesterday and when I got home I realized they did not give me my large fry. I called, a gentleman took my name and number, stated that he remembered me and I could get my fries the next day per my request. I go today to pick up my fries get to the window and things went left. I provided my name and the name of the person I spoke with along with a brief summary of the events that transpired previously. The man at the window accused me of lying because I did not have the physical receipt because I was informed I wouldn’t need it. Long story short I had to pull up my bank statement and have the receipt sent to me to get my fries that cost $3.09. I could understand if I was stated that I needed an entire combo, but a fry… SERIOUSLY?! I spent more in gas and my time then what they fries were worth. Any other establishment would’ve given me the fries and sent me on my way…. I spend 30+ minutes trying to get something I had paid for a day prior. Read moreThis place looked clean, except for the windows all of which were grossly neglected and covered with fingerprints. Even being the only customers in there at the time of our arrival had us wait 5 minutes to be recognized by the staff. The workers all looked dirty and unkempt. The lady working the blizzard machine even kept digging in her hair. Nobodt had on nametags, so who the manager was is unclear. It seemed to be a lady with half dyed blue hair as she came over to repeatedly help the cashire who seemed too new to handle the position on her own. Sge had to delete and rering our order in several times. The fries were piping hot, however the toast slices were like rocks and the chicken was just over lukewarm on the outside. The blizzard I recieved was rather runny and wasnt turned upside down, but that's what the freezer at home is for.
