I absolutely love this print shop, my entire life hinges on their weekly desktop planners. The undated format frees me of the guilt of wasting pages, and the simple checklist is surprisingly exactly what I needed. I've always struggled with planners but THIS IS THE ONE!! Their shipping time is very fast as well, I was given a 2-4 day turnaround time for shipping and 2-7 days for delivery on top, but I ended up with the package 3 days later (and I had ordered 6 items late in the day!) which was relieving as I'd bought my first one in-person and was nervous these wouldn't come by the time I needed them (I was cutting it close), and it came 4 days beforehand! Theyre absolutely beautiful and packaged in a way that made me feel really comfortable opening the individual items, I was confident there'd be no damage (plenty of paper). I bought 5 planners as well as a notebook and they're all absolutely wonderful and gorgeous. I just took a break from writing in the journal to write this review. I could not rave more about this print shop and express how much their products really have changed my life as someone whos a bit of a wreck and needed a planner where I could choose between being high-maintenence and low-maintinence depending on the day. Some weeks my planner is covered in highlighter and sparkles, other days its bare bones black ink, and either way its aesthetically pleasing. I ordered custom wedding invitations from Ruff House, as I wanted to support a local business in Lawrence. After placing my order for the invitations, hold up after hold up happened. I went in to order invitations and save the dates in January -- the invitations weren't ready until April 3rd. It took weeks to get proofs back, even after Jill and I agreed on a timeline. When I finally went to pick up my invitations (late), the coloring was all wrong and not what was shown in the proofs or agreed upon. Both the person working the desk and Jill were rude to me after I voiced my concerns. Jill offered no solution, and seemed upset that she had been called about it (this was an order for thousands of dollars of invitations). After stating that it would take weeks to redo the invitations, to which I said no thanks, I wanted to take my business elsewhere, she refused to give me my full deposit back.
