After shopping around at a few different jewelers on Mass St. we decided to go with KCJ for so many reasons. We worked with Erica for both our engagement ring and wedding bands. From the beginning Erica was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We decided to design my wedding band and Erica was able to provide endless detail and information on which diamonds may be best for us. She presented multiple options for us to be able to make an informed decision. Throughout the design process she printed a 3D model of the ring so we could better visualize what it would look like. While we were in the production stage she kept us up to date on the timeline and ensured all of our questions were answered. The final result was absolutely gorgeous and solidified for us that we would go back to design our wedding bands. We had a very similar experience with our band creation. Erica provided mockups of what the hand engraving would look like so we could better visualize the process. The end result of our bands was even better than we could imagine. We have done business with K-C for many years. In 2006, I bought Janice a new wedding ring in celebration of 30 years of marriage from Ernie Cummings. During my PhD program in 2011 when I did not have significant income to pay our mortgage, we sold Janice’s wedding ring that I had purchased from K-C five years earlier. Ernie bought the ring back from us. I had hoped to buy Janice another wedding ring at some point following my degree program and when I had teaching roles with significant income. That time arrived in 2020, so I immediately contacted K-C, and I worked with Erica Greve who found a picture of the original ring in the K-C files. A new ring was made and purchased, and this week I surprised Janice with the ring that was nearly a match to the original. Janice loved the new ring better than the original! Very happy with this shop. I needed a Christmas gift for my fiance and found the perfect necklace on their website. I ran in to their store the next morning and asked about the item and if they had anything with the same stone+metal.

The gentleman helping me asked what brought me in to their store and I explained that I wanted to buy something locally and used the website. He told me that they put a lot of effort to ensure that what is on the website is currently available in the store. This works out great during the pandemic. As it stands now, we don't go anywhere we do not have to but everybody working in the store was wearing a mask and so this made me feel more at ease. I was in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes. Super comfortable experience in an uncomfortable time.
