This location at 600. Whatever the address is in Sunnyside by the Kroger‘s in Lawrence do not ever go here they are scammers who take money from little children 12 year old children. They lied to and do not cannot understand one word of English and then they blame you take your money will tell you they will not give you a refund and lie to you and scam you out of all the money. I almost had to call the police over 45 dollars because they tried to scam my 12 year old son be careful do not go to this location or you will have problems believe me they are terrible, terrible business owners and should be shut down, I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and OSHA so they can go out there and all of this. Remind y’all everyone who read this this was over four dollars so that tells you how bad of an experience that this was they lied to my 12 year old son took his money, said that they did not have kids meals at this location when you go to their website at this location. It literally showed you all the kids menu options. They lied every single subway has a kids menu my children eat at Subway since they’ve been babies and that’s in subway been open for decades. Read moreThere is a new employee Horace,not sure if that’s the correct spelling of his name they don’t wear name tags in this location.i stopped coming into this location about a year ago because of a employee telling me I couldn’t use my points ,either way I was in the area on a 30 minute break & decided to stop I completed & paid for my Order online so I merely wanted to stop & go as soon as I approached the counter he had me wait while he stepped in the back & went through his phone when he returned I told him I ordered on my phone & told him what it was he started to make the sandwich before he moved on with the order he asked if I wanted chips and drink I said no I ordered a footlong online it’s already paid for he told me “we don’t do that” I told him I order on the app all the time he then proceeded to tell me I have to wait outside until he makes the sandwich I told him that didn’t make sense but I stepped outside for about 3 minutes then when I returned he said he canceled my order because I’m disrespecting him I asked how & he started to yell he owns the place & that’s not what they do, I’m confused at this point so I asked are u the only one here he said yes & slopped together my sandwich & shoved it at me I asked for a receipt he told me if you ordered online you don’t get a receipt & to leave before he call the cops , I’ve never been more humiliated just to get food I paid for once I speak with a real manager I’ll never return to...
Read moreI placed an online order for 15 cookies. Pick up time 11:40. I arrived at 11:40, vicki (I believe thats her name) grabbed cookies from the display. I asked why wasn't they baked fresh since it was an online order. She told me I had to wait 5 mins. I asked why if I placed the order ahead of time. She told me as I waited if I did not want to wait I can cancel my order. I told her I did not know how to cancel so I will wait for the cookies. After she helped 3 customers I asked were the cookies ready. She came to the front with half box and a pan of cookies. She then got on the phone with her "boss" asking how to cancel my order. I then explained to her that I've been waiting on the cookies why is she canceling the order. She totally ignored me. She then began to speak in her native language to her "boss". Now waiting 10 minutes I asked to speak to her boss explaining that I did not ask to cancel the order, I was told to wait 5 minutes it has now been 10 mins all I want is my cookies. I never once raised my voice nor disrespected her. In order not to be late for my next food pick up, I had to leave without the cookies or my refund. I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN.
