I came here maybe 4 to 5 times with my boyfriend and the food has always been consistently delicious. However, I don’t understand their awful customer service. They never greeted us and it’s always that unwelcoming uncomfortable feeling. We usually just get to go so we just ignored their bad customer service. It doesn’t cost anything to say “hello” or “what can I get for you.”

To make it worse, we called them to make a to go order. Went inside and the usual unwelcoming bad customer service. Handed the cashier my card to pay, signed the ipad and left with our food. I never get my receipt. She also doesn’t even care to tell you the total. I drove off, and she called me telling me “I didn’t pay for my food.” Clearly you are the cashier, it’s your job to do the right transaction. I respectfully came back to pay for the food of course. She made it seem like it was my fault and I tried to not pay. She said “i thought you paid online.” I’m sure you would know if the food was paid online or not, you just weren’t paying attention. I handed you my card to pay and signed the ipad, it’s clearly your mistake as the cashier. Atleast have the decency to own up to your own mistake or say thank you that I came back to pay.

It’s crazy because I’m sure I met the owner once, and he was such a sweet friendly man. The rest of the employees seriously need to learn about customer service. Shame...

Delight Grill is one of those sweet lil spots that quietly surprises you . The meat? So flavourful — genuinely juicy and seasoned with love (you can taste the care). While the dip leaned more into a plain Greek yogurt vibe than something bold and tangy, it still added a balance that was kinda comforting in its own way. Portion sizes could’ve been a bit more equal, but honestly? The warmth and kindness from the staff made up for it tenfold. Everyone was so soft-spoken, humble, and welcoming — you just feel taken care of the second you walk in. 💛 The space itself has this cozy, charm that makes you wanna linger a little longer. Perfect for double dates, group dinners (they can seat around 8 if you call ahead!), or a casual catch-up with your besties. Oh, and let’s talk about the bar stool counter that faces outside — it's SO cute. These vibes deserve more attention 🥰📸. Support kind places like this. They’re doing their best — and it shows. Would definitely come back for the warm service, the chill vibes, and of course, another round of that delish meat...

About 8 months ago I decided to grab some lunch at this restaurant. When I walked in, no one was at the counter instead, the female worker was sleeping in one of the back booths. The other worker was seen outside eating so I assume he was on break. The sleeping worker finally woke up and came to the front to take my order. I decided to start recording with my phone to document the experience. Once the male worker completed his break, he came in to start making my order. I not only recorded him using his phone with gloves on while preparing my order but I recorded him sneeze all over the prep area. He looked around and up to see if anyone saw him. I did and had video evidence. I immediately cancelled my order and asked for my money back. I explained what happened to the female worker and when she told the other guy he lied and try to say the sneeze noise came from his phone. Total disgust and I will never attempt to patronize this...
