Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

The food was great. The service was from a very rude foreign older lady. She kept talking about me asking why my to go order was an extra $2.70. She would not explain all she did was complain because I asked her. I asked for a receipt. She didn't want to give me a receipt. She finally did and complained about that also. For your information they are adding tip to your checks. Plus there adding to go charge which is another 10%. So your not getting your meal at what it states on the menu. The Black male waiter was very nice and explained everything after the rude lady waited on me. I will not be back to this location again. But it's not going to change the extra 20% on to go orders or 10% to eat in the restaurant. The funny thing is I would had given her more then 10% but she was so rude and just stood in front of me and gossiped to the other girls right in front of me. Every time I would look up she would do a fake smile quickly and then go back to talking about me. Management needs to look at how the woman employees stand around and trash customers. I trained servers for years. This lady is not a server. She is a witch. Also price on menu stated all star meal slashed down to $11.50 but she charged me $13.50 plus everything is extra you ask with items. Most extra cost probably going toward her tip. She high five the customer next to me after I asked her what the extra charges were. It's like she was stating I got my tip. She acted aggravated when I didn't give her an additional tip. Well lady had you not been so rude and actually been the worst server I've ever met. Then you won't get an extra tip from me with your rudeness. I always give great tips because I had been a server before. I trained servers for years. I even smiled and was nice even though you gave me terrible service. The atmosphere of the woman servers at this restaurant was awful. It's like they were ganging up on me when I asked...

I seriously don't even know where to begin here. Of course we have a late dinner and the waitress we had didn't seem like she cared to help up. She rushed us to make our order, didn't refill my water and all in all just down right rude. When it came time for my order to come out, she ignored the fact that she didn't bring me my ham nor did she bring me a waffle. Well 5 minutes passed and she brings me a burnt waffle and asked if I wanted another. I said yes. Sh went to make it and then proceeded to answer her cell phone and talk loudly on it, as well as carry on a different conversation on the male employee who was also answering personal phone calls. All the while my second waffle was burnt and I still didn't have my ham!! The cook was kind to check on us then she brings me a burnt waffle and cold ham!! My husband and I won't be returning there. Never did we receive one apology. Commen curtousy would have gone alone way here. I keep saying she because she never wrote her name on the back of the ticket. I'm sure I'll never hear a word from Waffle House cooperate about this but just goes to show customer service is a dying art. Very disappointed in...

Worst of the worst. 60% of the time I order the All Star they forget the waffle. It's in the picture on the menu. The entire business is built on waffles. Saturday my wife and I went to the one on 124 in Dacula and after the server mentioning twice he was getting my waffle he still forgot it. This morning a friend and I went in. I ordered tge All Star, this time the server forgot my waffle and sausage. My friend ordered gravy and biscuits with hash browns. When he finally got his the biscuit was frozen, never got his hash browns. I also ordered a Texas bacon egg and cheese melt to go. Upon inspecting it it was a bacon sausage sandwich. No egg. The manager apologized and made one for me then but when it was finished she slid it across the counter saying "here" in a very annoyed tone of voice.
