Your mileage may vary. I did not have a good experience. I ordered a TV stand in mid July, knowing that it was back ordered 4-6 weeks. I paid full price knowing this. I had to call them 5 or 6 times to check on the status of it, and multiple times was told different stories about where my furniture was. They said certain parts of it were backordered...finally after FOUR MONTHS, I was told that they 'learned' that the company told them they had to order a minimum quantity of this TV stand before it would ship and it would be another two weeks. Why didn't they know that to begin with? Meanwhile, they've had my money for 4 months. The owner did give me a 10% discount after about 3 months of waiting when I was considering a refund--I decided to stick it out a little longer and was given a timeline. The timeline came and went with NO updates from the company. Finally, I decided to get my money back and have had trouble receiving the refund due to a credit card number change.
