The Caledonia — Local services in Layton

Had a wonderful experience with the Caledonia. We used this venue for our wedding and we were absolutely in love with it from our first tour! The venue is gorgeous and we loved the ability to have flexibility of using both the indoor and outdoor spaces for our day. We especially loved the brightness of the space from the large windows and loved the beautiful willow trees! The venue truly has so many wonderful details, I could spend all day listing them. The layout of the venue was perfect for our plans and none of our vendors or guests had issues with parking. We had the venue for the full day and the events coordinator Monica was there when we arrived to help get us in. She came back at the end of the night as well to make sure everyone got out of the venue smoothly. Monica was truly wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to every question and very accommodating with our requests. She was a huge help when it came to picking our table layout and when we were finalizing ceremony logistics! We also worked with one of the co owners on some things and they were likewise very responsive and accommodating. We truly had a wonderful experience and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we dreamed...

My husband and I were married at the Caledonia in 1997 (back then it was the Chantilly Mansion) and it was such a special day! We were thrilled when our daughter wanted to be married at the same location.

From beginning to end, it was a magical experience. Monica and her team were beyond accommodating, kind, helpful - ready to jump and help at a moments notice. I couldn't have asked for a more caring, sincere person as my contact.

Our night was absolutely PERFECT!!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to prepare, and make us feel at ease. We could not have asked for a more gorgeous venue, with the perfect staff.

This is the most beautiful Venue in all of Utah. The bride's room, the yard, the grand ballroom...the balconies, the weeping willow tree. Just everything was so perfect.

I cannot recommend the Caledonia enough! This is a five star experience, if your looking for the wedding of your dreams! It was magical for us 28 years ago, and was absolutely perfect for our daughter's...

In response to venues misleading description: At no point were we “advised to trim at our own risk” what was actually relayed to us through your planner, was sure go ahead. That is the extent of it. The tree was specific to our need, but the trimming of trees included the overhang into the walkway where our guests entered. It would have been nice to have some accountability on your lack of customer service. You opened your doors took our money, told us sweep, mop, trim trees, take out the trash, clean up. Payed for the top package and received the least amount of time and effort on your part. Your untruthful response to our frustrations from the day are not only upsetting, but unprofessional. I was hoping for such a better experience from you...
