Summit Dental & Orthodontics on Gentile street is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. There are so many reasons to this and here are just a FEW from my first visit.
When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by a woman named B who got me checked in so quickly and talked to me while I waited for a minute (I got in so fast)
The building was so spacious and clean. It looked beautiful and organized with care for the people coming in and the people working there. It felt luxurious and more comforting than any other dental office I’ve been to. And they had tvs you could watch if you wanted! While having your teeth cleaned!
The assistant, Bella, was so kind and made me feel comfortable while having pictures taken of my teeth and prepping for the hygienist and Doctor. She didn’t feel like a stranger though we just met, she felt like a friend there to help make things easier.
The dental hygienist, Jess, was also super kind, fun and she was gentle with my cleaning. It felt like a massage for my teeth! My mouth is on cloud 9 now! Not only was she friendly but she talked me through everything she was seeing and was asking how I was feeling and giving me the time to answer honestly.
They were quick and well organized and kept me informed and explained why it’s important.
Dr. Jolley just continued the amazing treatment and check up by confirming what they were seeing and informing me while reviewing all the pictures and explaining everything.
Then the kindest man, Cal, got all the things I needed to get done complied and gave me so many options for payments that were clear and easy to understand. Then worked with me on scheduling.
Honestly I never want to go anywhere else. They have everything for your comfort, their thoroughness, and your care. No cramped spaces fit into old houses or complexes. No questions or major concerns because I felt very well taken care of and was given the information while they were seeing it. I wasn’t left to wait and wonder or get anxious. I now am recommending them to...
Read moreI was more satisfied with this place more than the other location they have. Unfortunately this one isn't actually any better and just has different problems that make them a place to avoid. Unlike the other location they are very prompt to keep appointment times and get you back in a reasonable amount of time. I am wondering if that is only because they are just newer to this location and so they aren't that busy yet is the only reason. They take your insurance information and require payment up front at time of service guaranteeing that is all that you will be charged. Fast forward a few months and you will get a surprise bill because they didn't pay as much as they expected from the insurance company that they have the agreement with. They seem to think that the patient is responsible for their lack of understanding about the payment agreements with their own insurance companies they agree to accept. Long story short unless you like to wait an hour past your appointment time or get surprise bills avoid Summit Dental as a whole. If any retailer tried to bill you later because they had a lower profit than expected you wouldn't pay it don't accept it from a dentist either! They made a verbal contract and then tried to go back against it. Very bad business practices. Don't let the friendly staff fool you. Avoid...
Read moreI love Summit Dental and Orthodontics!! It’s such a warm and friendly place, first of all. Everyone is kind and welcoming, an important detail considering dental and orthodontic work can often be intimidating and/or unpleasant. The biggest plus is that the staff and doctors are all so knowledgeable and skilled. And they educate as they perform. I know exactly what they’re doing and why each and every visit. Lastly, Summit staff are efficient. They don’t mess around and waste time. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t ever feel like they’re rushing to get to the next patient. Not one bit. But I’m always pleasantly surprised by how quickly I’m in and out of there. The team assembled at Summit is incredible. I’m convinced that they’re the Avengers. No cap. As an old lady that just got braces on, I highly recommend...
