I recently visited with my girlfriend, and while we had a great time thanks to the fantastic staff, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The people working there were friendly and attentive, which made our experience enjoyable. However, the ambiance was chaotic and felt overly unsafe.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of drama at this bar. Last night, things escalated when a fight broke out, and to my shock, someone was stabbed. It was a severe incident, and I was surprised to see that there were no security cameras and no police called to handle the situation. It’s concerning that such violence can occur without any repercussions.
In my opinion, a bar should be a place to relax and enjoy yourself, not a setting where you feel threatened. They definitely need to improve their security measures. Installing cameras and ensuring a safer environment should be a priority for management.
Overall, while I appreciated the staff's friendliness, I cannot overlook the dangerous atmosphere that prevails at stockmans. I hope they take steps to increase security so that everyone can have a fun and safe experience.
In response to your response: The fact that you are not taking responsibility that there was a stabbing is very concerning. There was Definitely a stabbing and I have video footage to prove it and I will post if necessary, just take responsibility and say you’ll do better rather than have petty replies back and learn how to be a better manager and reply to comments with empathy...
Read moreIf wading through wannabe tough guys, bar flies, and hood rats is you're thing, then this is the bar for you. Came in to grab a beer and watch a football game. First off, you become accosted by the smell of a back alley Korean gambling den just outside the door. Then, you get immediately bombarded with a small crowd and pool tables. Best part, you get to bump into some dude about to take his shot, throwing your first impression out the back door. Since when are pool tables right inside the front door? Follow along, our next stop is the impressively small bar compared to the size of the crowd. Don't you just love getting so up close and personal with people you don't know only to find out they have a significantly different opinion of personal hygiene. Did I mention the glaring looks from the snaggle-toothed ridden bar women. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not a mean spirited person, but these women looked hungry. Not sure what for but I pushed my way through to arrive to the seating area in the back. You get the sneaking feeling that everyone here knows each other. This place isn't actually all bad. The karaoke was half decent and the drinks(when i could get to the bar) were pretty cheap. Aside from the over whelming feeling of "we don't serve your kind here" ala Mostly Eisley cantina and the apparent look of disdain for anyone none local, I give this place a 3 out 5. Bathrooms a remarkably clean and there's a giant ox...
Read moreI recently visited this bar from cali with 7 people and unfortunately had a very negative experience with one of the bartenders, Jayce. After ordering shots and pitchers of beer, Jayce rudely asked us to move from the counter, even though we weren't done ordering. Despite that gesture we moved anyway. This made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when we got our drinks and sat down, we noticed a cherry stem on one of our drinks. Like anyone would do we went to see if we could get a refill, a simple yes or no would've been okay. But no, Jayce straight up accused us for putting it there. I've never been to a bar/ restaurant where the customer is in the wrong. We ultimately argued with her to the point of getting kicked out due to the way she was treating us. And on our way out this little guy who works there as well asked us to "shut up, we don't have the right to say anything." Very professional buddy.
We were extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. Overall, I would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The behavior of Jayce was unacceptable, and it's a shame that our experience was marred by her rudeness and lack of attention to detail. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall quality of...
