Lovesac — Local services in Leawood

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!! We ordered a Lovesac for our son who will be moving to a high rise condo.Both my husband and I cannot take time of work without prior notice and we explicitly asked if we would be informed when the Lovesac order would be delivered. We were reassured that this was the case .

However, we were never contacted about scheduling a delivery date. We received a text and call stating our order would arrive in 1-2 weeks but never any calls regarding the actual delivery date/ time.

The boxes were dropped off in front of the condo building 5 days later with no notice to us and we were out of town. When we contacted the store, we spoke with Samantha who apologized and stated they would arrange for the order to be picked up and would schedule a delivery after we returned to town. When I called the store back to confirm the time of pick up of the order from the condo, the manager, Candace took the phone from Samantha and she was rude and unprofessional, claiming that Samantha never agreed to anything. She replied that it was not company policy to call or give texts about delivery as it was through FEDEX. We have NEVER encountered this type of policy when dealing with the delivery of furniture. They had no problem calling and texting when it was released from the warehouse, but apparently don’t give customers any courtesy of arranging a convenient mutually agreed upon date of delivery. You cannot beat what Lovesac is offering. I had been eyeing this furniture for at least a year but gave pause to making such a big purchase without actually seeing it in person, touching it, sitting on it. Everything!! My husband and I were NOT disappointed when they opened a store front near our home. We just made our first purchase and we cannot wait to have the Sactional delivered and get it setup. Joseph at the Leawood store is the best. He is patient, helpful and can answer any question you throw his way. He helped us walk through a million different scenarios so that at the end we were confident in our purchase. I was undecided on what sac to get. We made the two hour commute to go to the show room- definitely a good decision! The show room was clean, organized, and beautiful to see. Their was two representatives that were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I like that they offer the choice of appointments, walk in, masks or no masks. The environment was hands on educational. We made our first purchase of lovesac as a result and are even more excited to save up for our new family sanctional.
