Went in to order a large amount for a baby shower for a client . I was ignored as soon as o walked in even though the girl was right in front at the little island . Horrid phone customer service. The woman that I was speaking to rudely told me that she was too busy to answer my questions because she was helping other customers. In my opinion, when you are speaking to someone on the phone from your place of employment, that person IS your customer and should be treated as well as a customer who is standing in your presence.
