Pokemoto Foxwoods — Restaurant in Ledyard

I’ve been to this location about 4 times now. In which all 4 times the employees were EXTREMELY SLOW, and will ignore other customers as they’re walking in. There will be 3 employees on and 1 will be making a bowl and the other 2 will just stand there with their hands by their side, or on their phone completely ignore the other people in line. I got a $9 boba tea and it was so warm I had to throw it away. The workers just don’t care about customers. If I’m being honest the best way to describe the staff is Zombies. They have no emotion. Absolutely love this place! The site is spotless, the food is fresh, and there’s no shortage of seating!

I also want to give a special shoutout to Sharisse—she’s truly exceptional. Kind, patient, fast, and incredibly attentive, she goes above and beyond to make sure every customer’s needs are met. I have deep respect for service workers who bring that level of care, and Sharisse exemplifies that perfectly.

This Pokemoto was the worst. The salmon and tuna are insanely watery. There are no efforts to fix this issue. Very understaffed and understocked. I waited like 10 full minutes to even order my meal.
