I’ve been to this location about 4 times now. In which all 4 times the employees were EXTREMELY SLOW, and will ignore other customers as they’re walking in. There will be 3 employees on and 1 will be making a bowl and the other 2 will just stand there with their hands by their side, or on their phone completely ignore the other people in line. I got a $9 boba tea and it was so warm I had to throw it away. The workers just don’t care about customers. If I’m being honest the best way to describe the staff is Zombies. They have no emotion.
