My wife is a serious knitter and used to hit up Yarn Love on the East Shore regularly, but after they closed she couldn't find a yarn store locally that had selection, atmosphere and good people working there. She hates Colonial in Shiremanstown due to the owner's attitude/lack of knowledge, and was sad that 3 Little Owls moved, but now is so happy that Shea from Yarn Love opened her own shop! While my wife's yarn budget and stockpile has grown considerably in the year since they've been open, I'm happy she has a place to go. Shea is extremely genuine, knowledgeable, dedicated, and runs the shop because she's a die-hard knitter herself.
