I do not mean this lightly when I say that this is the best exotic pet/reptile/fish store I have ever been to. I have been in the hobby for years and I love checking out every store I can. This place blew me away. Starting with the basics, their selection of supplies for both terrariums and aquariums is enormous for this "little" of a store. I have never been to a pet store where I felt I could just show up and they would have a variety of options for nearly every product I need. For example, their wall of terrarium and aquarium substrates is loaded with all of the staples and even multiple brands.

Other than just the supplies they sell, their enclosures and pets are immaculate. It is tremendously rare to see so many displays that are so clean and well maintained. All of the animals seemed happy, active, and healthy. Their store is quite new, so a bit of a grain of salt with this, but it is clear they care a lot about their animals.

The final checkbox that they ticked was customer service. The store was perhaps a bit overstaffed, but this is perfect for a customer like me! The staff was helpful and abundant. Though the store was crowded, it never felt like I needed to search for an employee to help. The checkout was fast and very friendly.

Overall, I am overjoyed to have a nice local store for my exotic pet needs and this place delivered in every meaningful way. I hope to see them in business for many...

I love the staff! Love the way they care for their animals. They all know their stuff and as odd as this sounds I share with them how things are going with my Ball Python Serenity and when I feel like I am failing they remind me that I’m doing great. If there is something I can do better then tell me. All of the staff have animals in their care at home and give first hand accounts off how they care for their animals at home. They are consistent and for someone on the spectrum it is helpful to see the same faces on the regular. I cannot help but think that the retention is also a sign of a company that takes care of its employees, but more importantly it sows a love for their trade. Anyway!
