There's good customer service, & then there's excellent customer service. Today I experienced great customer service at this particular location. Virginia is the reason I had such a pleasant experience today! She was helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. From the time I walked into the store, while I shopped, and even at checkout. She was patient, kind, professional, warm, & very friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me and naturally she exudes such a vibrant light. Not only did she tend to me as a customer, but I watched how she interacted with staff members. You can tell she truly cares about the relationships around her and it's clear that a strong rapport exists between them. I look forward to returning to this particular location as the kindness was exhibited by other staff members as well. I got an opportunity to share with Cassandra, the manager how amazing I was being treated, and it wasn't a surprise to her as she too knows how special Virginia is. Bought this shirt from them a little over a week ago. After wearing it for a day I realized it was a little too small. After taking it back to be returned, with the receipt, they refused to accept the shirt without the tags on it. They claimed that they don't even sell this shirt or this brand and went so far as to tell me that this was actually a woman's shirt so I couldn't have bought it there because my receipt was for all men's clothing. I told them that I was 100% sure that I bought the shirt there (I don't buy cloths frequently and this we the only clothing store I visited since moving to Kansas). I asked them to take a look at the camera footage to confirm since they have the timestamp on the receipt of when I made the purchase and they refused. I asked them to look it up in their inventory and they said they can't because they don't actually keep an inventory of the items that they sell. I don't see how that is possible, but it is what I was told. Really terrible experience. Will never buy from...

Very subpar experience. This store is in a run-down looking shopping center but I went here in attempt to buy some luggage at a discounted rate so I figured I am getting what I pay for. After selecting an item I proceeded to the line and began to wait behind the ONE customer in front of me apparently paying. After waiting around 15 minutes while the one cashier talked to this customer and was apparently doing some sort of exchange or price check or in depth detailed research report that would apparently take all day for this ONE item, I left. The cashier never addressed me in line like, “sorry about the wait I’ll be right with you” or any explanation or acknowledgement. Did not call for back up (assuming they have more than one incontempent employee on a Sunday?) So I left to get beer instead. This place drove...
