Don't ever do business with this company I have received the absolute worst treatment from them. They very nearly ruined my wedding and have been completely Unapologetic. Very early this year we went into a Men's Wearhouse location and spoke with employees there about setting up an account to order clothing for the wedding for the groom, 3 groomsmen and the Father of the Bride. We picked out colors for everyone and the groom was measured that day. They gave us a order number and all of the information to give to the rest of the boys so that they could come in and get measured for their order. All of the guys go in to get measured, I even personally took in my younger brother to get measured and was there while an employee measured him and put his measurements into their system. The Wednesday before the wedding( which was on a Sunday ) we get a call that the groom's clothes are ready, so we go in and he tries them on and they fit and everything is good so we take them. That is the only part of the order that wasn't brutally incorrect. In all they gave the best man the wrong color clothes, the Father of the Bride the wrong size shoe, one of the groomsmen a shirt that was two sizes too big, and the other groomsmen baby pants, a childs vest, and a large mens shirt, and everyone but the groom got the wrong tie. So the day before the wedding I have to fly all the way around town like a bat out of hell trying to find clothes for 3 people. we ended up having to spend over $500 on three vests and three pairs of dress pants. My now in-laws were over at Men's Wearhouse trying to get a refund for this monstrosity of an order and the manager said that if everyone in the entire order returns their clothes that we could have a refund but that was the only way. They said that we needed to take our business elsewhere and that they could not help us. After a well over an hour of them arguing at Men's Wearhouse they came to the agreement that the boys could rent their white dress shirt, burgundy tie, socks and shoes for $45 which they said was a bargain. We had to spend so much money because they messed up so bad and they weren't willing to comp it. After the wedding the boys were so confused about what happened because it was so ridiculous that the clothes that we bought at Express ended up getting returned to Men's Wearhouse. After us calling them about the mistake they said that there was no way they could ever locate those clothes because they don't have a tracking tag and they don't check the bags when they get returned so we just need to eat the cost. My mother-in-law battled with customer service for over 3 weeks now and they told her that she should just go somewhere where they are willing to help her. the corporate customer service line said she should go somewhere else where is someone is willing to help her. So in all we spent over $600 on three people because of their mistake at Men's Wearhouse and at that rate we should have just bought their clothes somewhere else. the whole point in renting dress clothes is so that you don't have to pay full price and we had to pay full price anyway because of the Unapologetic manner of this entire company. Spare yourself the headache and rent or buy anywhere else because this entire company is a mess. as someone that works retail I don't ever blame employees for mistakes out of their hands but the blatant disrespect and outright sense of disgust that they have had for my situation...
Read moreThis was by far the most degrading and disrespectful experience I've ever had. I had 2 suits purchased at a Men's warehouse in Texas but they could only tailor one suit in time because I had to go back to school here in Lawrence. They offered to send the other one to the closest Men's Warehouse to me which is this store here. I got a call confirming that the suit was received so I took the drive to Lenexa (40 mins). When I got there, a woman greeted me and asked what I was here for. I told her my name which she mispronounced three times but did get right in the end. She went up to the manager and mispronounced my name again in which I corrected her pretty loudly. Well, she then tells the manager out loud "Whatever his name is" in which I tell her "no not whatever thats my name and I want it said right." Well it also turns out that they "lost" my suit and that it wasn't their fault. The manager acts like he's doing me a favor by offering a brand new suit. He keeps complaining about how he does not have that much inventory as such to make me feel bad. The MANAGER OFFERS TO GIVE ME A SUIT THAT IS THE SAME COLOR AND STYLE AS THE OTHER SUIT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED. I tell him I already have that suit and I want the one that I purchased. He becomes even more flustered. They end up not having the style that I purchased either and he gets me one that resembles the style that I had. I needed it by sunday (yesterday) and they agreed that it would be done by 5pm. Come Sunday, I take the drive back to Men's Warehouse and it seems that they are unexpectedly closed. I received no phone call of courtesy and basically just wasted 2 hrs of my time having to drive there and drive back. not to mention I am still forced to drive back there to pick up a suit that I did not originally purchase. These people are bullies and make up excuses for their...
Read moreI have been to this location several times. Each time becomes a bigger disappointment then the previous one. I came to this location last year before Christmas to make some purchases. There were four people in the store and no other customers. None of the employees would acknowledge that I was in store nor would they help me. I headed for the door to leave and received a sarcastic response from one of the employees. I left anyway. Fast forward to today, I had to come back to get fitted for a tux for an upcoming wedding. There are five employees in the store and only one of them is helping folks with sizing. The other employees are busy ignoring the few other customers in the store while they are busy playing with their cell phones. There is a line of 5 different people needing sized for 5 different events and only one employee assisting. When I first entered the store, two employees looked at me and then ignored me. One of them ran off to the back so that they would not have to help anyone. After 5 minutes of awkward waiting, an older guy recognized me and said that I must got to the long line since he could not help me. Combine my several experiences with the other reviews of similar experiences, and that these experiences have continued despite the store indicating that they would address the issues, leads me to believe that this store will not change and that they do not value or respect their customers. This was further echoed by the fact that I was waiting near a rack of clothes and one of the employees charges up to me, shoves me out of the way, and walks on. I said excuse me and they did not acknowledge me either. The continued disrespect for their customers is very sad. After having posted this two more unique employees pushed me out of the way. No words to describe the terrible experience here...
