Man I love this place it's sooo nice to have a fresh meat place back in alliance the chicken legs are awesome way better than any store around and they don't have hair on the knuckles like the other stores steaks are nice and tender baby back ribs are my favorite thing I've tried so far and I call ahead and they will cut the membrane off the back of the ribs for smoking but the Hatfield pork chops aren't far behind you guys keep up the fine work.hopefully you guys get the troyer green onion cheese back I like it better than the biery cheese brand just more flavor...

I just picked up my fresh meat from my hog order. Waiting on other cuts to be smoked. I've been purchasing my meat from my local butcher for 20 years now and havent been happy with the taste of there hogs or how the cuts are done. I decided to try A&S meats this go around and hands down is the best hog I've tasted in a very long time the cuts are perfect and I received more meats than I've ever gotten from my local butcher and less money per lb.
