I was very disappointed on my most recent visit. My sister has chosen to update her place settings, glassware, and serving pieces. We were very much looking forward to the visit to select new china patterns . There is a sign on the door posting business hours as 10-5 Tues-Sat. We arrived at 10:30, the door was unlocked, we walked in, and were greeted by an older lady and were told that “John” wasn’t in yet and that she couldn’t open the store or even turn on the lights(though there were lights on) until his arrival. The sales lady went on to give us a long winded explanation that the “partner” was in Europe and “things had been crazy.” Moreover, my sister and I were informed that on Saturday, the store usually opens from 11-4. I asked if we should come back and the sales lady should call first.

The best place for a beautiful timeless gift. We buy just about every gift from LV! We also bought our flatware from them and their customer service was exceptional. I had the artist paint a portrait of our home for my husband's Christmas gift. I of course requested this last minute and he had it finished in time and it is proudly displayed in our home. I forgot my wallet when I went to pick it up and they trusted me enough to take the painting home and just call them with my credit card info.
