Do not buy your tickets unless you're absolutely 100% sure for certain that you're going to the event because even though they promise a refund for the whole amount you paid for you're ticket by also purchasing the extra ticket insurance when you purchase you're ticket they won't its a total lie.They will not give you're money back even though they guarantee it in writing on the website when reading about the extra ticket insurance. My girlfriend was going to only see Lin Shaye of the insidious franchise but she ended up canceling her appearance after we purchased our tickets even though we were promised a whole refund of our tickets. We emailed them and never got a response back and then tried again and finally got a response which was to say not much they basically said they don't give refunds due to a actors/actresses cancelation and also said we had to order the tickets through another website that sells tickets to scarefest. Lol there is no other website that sells tickets but them. Nothing but scammed and con artists. Well be looking into this matter more with a legal...
