Lovesac — Local services in Lexington

My husband and I went into the Lovesac store, located in The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY, knowing we wanted to purchase a sactional but had no idea of our fabric choice or configuration. We were met by Carissa (spelling?) who was one of the most helpful sales people we have ever met! She was kind and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We ended up getting a sactional and a chair configuration. We received our order earlier than expected! We were so excited and started putting it together right away that we didn’t realize that we didn’t have every piece we needed. I called the store and Carissa again helped me through the process and seeing what I had already received and what was out for delivery still. We have now received every piece and have put together our furniture and we are SO impressed with the quality! This is truly a lifelong investment, which I never thought I would be saying about a couch! If you are thinking about getting Lovesac furniture, do yourself a favor and visit the Lexington store front! You will get to see and feel the furniture first hand before making such an important purchase, and you’ll experience their great customer service as well! We are so happy with our experience, if we decide to add to our furniture or get more accessories, we will definitely go through the Lexington...

Updatehad to lower my rating due to issue with cup holders and condition with them in less than a year chipping and lifting and already breaking down. A real bummer, LoveSac will not replace them. They look like wood but they are not or I bought the wrong kind I'm not sure. When you spend this much money you get bummed out and you say "why can't I have nice things?"

The sectional is absolutely lovely. Super tough super strong super versatile I just love to be able to change it and configure as needed.

Tanner was super incredible and patient with us playing with the blocks was a game changer and helping us make final decisions. Also we even added an additional seat and he added more blocks and took pictures and shared we agreed with the picture and ordered the pieces it was a great experience. Going into the showroom and trying out the different types of materials and comfort on the cushion was excellent. Our packages are on the way he was right within 1 to 2 weeks. I will update this in a year on how things are going.... Super excited. .... Also we are very plus size 300 lb have had terrible luck with regular furniture so trying out modular for the first time. This is a mixed review! We like the product and are generally happy with its versatility and quality. The local store was great and very friendly. The only negative is probably more about us and not the product or the service. We will never buy any furniture that the company won’t assemble or deliver. It was a nightmare process. 50 boxes just show up on your driveway Then you have to pack all of them in the house and tear em open and assemble the whole darn thing Including putting each cover on and setting it all up. The worst part is disposing of all the boxes and garbage, you better have a truck and a lot of patience.

So for our next room we will be buying traditional furniture that can be delivered and setup.
