have been to Menchies on Sunset boulevard a couple of times with my family in the last couple of months.
Menchies is a frozen yogurt parlor. They also have asiag bowl, pints, and cakes you can purchase. Menchies has a wide variety of flavors of frozen yogurt, and they are not your average flavors like blue sonic, cake batter, pineapple. They also of keto and gluten free flavors as well. They also have little cup that you can try the flavor before you put it in you bowl, which is nice. One of my favorite features is that they have flavors for the months like, cinnamon hot cocoa and eggnog for December. Menchies also offer a huge selection of toppings like candy, chocolate, gummies, and fresh fruit.
When you first walk in you pick up a cup and fill it up for every oz is 63 cents, pints $7,and cakes ranging from $20-$30. In my opinion it can become pricey, so what how much you put in your cup.
Recently Menchies has changed their $6 Monday fill up your cup. It used to be you can fill your cup up as much as you want too, but recently the owner changed this he claims that you're stealing from him when you fill it all the way up he told me when I was there. Now you can only fill up your cup to up to 18.75oz and anything more is regular price with $ 5 off your purchase. This means that you are only saving $5 and change when you think about it; there fore, you are not really saving much money. when a full bowl of frozen yogurt can be $25 dollars
Menchies has a reward program. With their program you get a smile for every dollar you spend, and when you get to 50 they give you $5 dollars. Also the app you can order off of it as well. Also Menchies gives you $5 on your birthday; which is nice in my opinion.
Menchies has a very clean environment. Their is a ton of seating inside and outside as well. They also have a water bowl for your pets outside. Menchies is open on Sunday- Thursday 12pm-9pm and Friday-Saturday 12pm-10pm.
I would definitely say if you haven't had Menchies before you should go try it, but try to go on a Monday to save some money, or you can go on a regular day if...
Read moreThe concept of this restaurant is so cool! You get to create your own ice cream from start: you choose the flavor of the ice cream you want (it can be more than one or combined too) and you then add any sprinkles or candy toppings to it. You finish by choosing one of three colorful spoon options and by paying at the register. You pay what your final ice cream weights plus taxes. Be careful if you're an adult and get too excited by all the candies like me, you can have a sugar rush by the amount of sweet options they offer, lol! However, you also have healthier options such as more organic ice cream flavors like strawberry and vanilla, and healthier toppings as well such as fruit chunks. The place was packed the whole time, but there's enough indoors and outdoors sitting areas for everyone. The experience was great in general and we went there with a friend and her daughter and it was about $30 (rounded amount) for 4 packed ice...
Read moreVisited menchies for the first time since we moved to this area. They had a great selection of flavors and toppings. I don't think they missed anything you could possibly put on froyo. I chose the toasted marshmallow and it was so good! The atmosphere is cute and clean and I love that they have outdoor seating. The only downfall was it was super busy with a lot of young teens that were socializing in the areas you were trying to make your ice cream & the staff wasn't moving them along. By the time we got to pay our ice cream was melting, but still very yummy. I just wish they were kind of directing them a little bc other guests were just waiting to enjoy a...
