Never had an issue until last night. Partner works 12 hour shifts so we ordered delivery when it was 2 degrees last night. Ordered same way we always do, text notifications, contactless, note to leave on swing. I get two texts, one for prep, one for on its way. For the first time ever, no delivered text. No website update. No knock on door. Nothing. We finally check outside 20 minutes after the ON THE WAY text and it's there and our food is frozen! I called the manager before we even tried to reheat it and she told me my complaints were irrelevant because it isn't Pizza Hutt policy to notify you when it's been delivered. So why do you charge a fee for a delivery service if this is just a courtesy? And why have every single one of the other drivers texted or called? And why isn't this policy? Read moreOrdered directly from Pizza Hut and door dash delivered (which went fine) until I didn’t get all of my food. Called the driver, he said it was never given to him. Tried to call the building but was on hold for 20 minutes just waiting on someone to answer their phone. Finally decided to go in because we’re out 10 bucks at this point. Before I can even finish my sentence manager says “I got a bunch of new people who don’t know what they’re doing”. Finished explaining the problem and he said “well I know I gave him the sticks and we don’t even carry cheese sauce anymore”. When I asked about a refund on the cheese he said that only the general manager could do returns so we were out the money but they did remake cheese sticks after I asked what could be done for us. Read moreI wish I would’ve read the reviews from 2 months ago. It’s copy & paste really. I ordered food at 5:42pm. It said it would take 42-52 minutes. We got a four topping pizza & 6 piece wing. Not sure how that takes that long. So at 5:54pm it said through the text messaging that “Your order is out for delivery!” So then it was 6:22pm, I called them and told them that the text message & the safari app said the same thing. The lady that picked up the phone was extremely unhelpful and said “well I’m looking at it (the order) right here & your order is next for delivery.” The food just came at 7:00pm. 20 minutes past original time & THE LOCATION IS 4 minutes away. The pizza was warm when he got here & the wings smelled spoiled. I wouldn’t want to eat here again & probably won’t.
