No issues with the Tux for my wedding. Fitment was good on all except for two of them. Staff however is completely unable to handle a customer properly. When I went in to pick up the suits I wasn't greeted, stood in line and waited, watched 2 other people come in after me get helped all without an acknowledgement. When I spoke up I was still left to stand there while other people were helped who had come in after. Once I got everything and stood in line again to checkout with one of my groomsmen the girl at the counter mumbled under her breath she was going home. Walked away from counter and reappeared a few minutes later with no acknowledgement she literally left two of us standing there waiting to check out. After about 20 minutes the (what I would assume is but clearly not qualified) manager came out of the back completely dumbfounded that 3 different sets of customers were in the store. This was after I made multiple calls to the store trying to figure out what was going on.
Now I am seeing charges on my credit card with no explanation, I have never received emails saying the items were ready for pickup. The computer system they use is a joke, and they always like to ask if i've been looking for the email. I imagine an explanation of why my card was charged is in the email I surely...

Tried to say I ordered a coat with tails, I said NO I DID NOT, TAILS are for a Wedding NOT A PROM and he tried on a waist coat jacket THE 1ST TIME and that's what I ordered, she tried to say that's not what I ordered. THE MANAGER SAID WELL YOU CAN MAKE ANOTHER TRIP AND WE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER JACKET, OUT OF OUR 40 JACKET SELECTIONS...ANOTHER TRIP, REALLY? 35 MINUTES THERE AND 35 BACK, PROM IS NOW, AND I HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP, PLUS HAVE IT BACK BY 5PM TOMORROW... and he was there yesterday and told the lady after the first one cane in with tails. We ordered no tails on the jacket... and the jacket was to big....IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE... TO LATE TO DRIVE BACK ... VERY LIVID AND DISAPPIONTED. Read moreThere's a reason multiple people have given this establishment a poor review. Please save yourself the time, money, and stress by taking a look at these reviews and shop elsewhere. Sadly, Men's Wearhouse did our wedding this past weekend. Out of all the details that go into the wedding, the suits were the MOST stressful part. Aside from them being unorganized, losing measurements, ordering wrong sizes and having no idea what was going on, they had TERRIBLE customer service. The exact words from the manager upon the last mistake (on their part) were, "Woo. I cannot wait for this wedding to be over." I can assure you that we will never be going back to the Lima store- and if my husband is in a wedding that goes with Men's Wearhouse (we have told our friends about this terrible experience, so hopefully not), we will be driving hours to the next Men's Wearhouse to avoid the complete rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the manager and workers.
