Joe is a super pro at Norcold, even Norcold says to go to him for anything they can't fix.

He has a cool device for testing Norcold parts, so he is able to tell problems better.

Frankly, between being so very nice and very good, they are a model for best business model and staff in America. Many thanks to Joe and the whole team.

UPDATE: The primary problem for us was a complex Refrigerator issues. Joe verified the boards, and all the other techs failed.

Thanks to Joe's dedication to helping to the bitter end, he helped us find the problem that had been a conundrum leaving us without a refrigerator for 9 months.

Troubleshooting help

Joe was great about sending me a replacement board for what we thought was a bad board. He sent me a jumper wire set as well, all at no charge. It ended up being a bad blower motor (not their cause). Joe diagnosed this as well, at no charge, and asked for nothing. Extremely helpful and responsive. Wish we could have bought the blower from them just because of their customer service.
