I went to get my ears pierced for the first time and I said I'm a bit OCD and needed them to be straight. After I told her they looked a uneven she said they weren't and just went for it. They WERE uneven and so after about a week I took them out and called and said they were terribly uneven and I would like them to be repierced. She told me that I'd have to buy a new pair and pay for it all again! I was furious...after they screwed up I had to pay them again to fix their mistake?!? I told the lady this and she said well...yes. I was so mad...I told the lady they looked off and she still messed up and wanted me to pay more for their screw up. They suck. And they are really expensive... I got the cheapest pair and it still was $25. I went to Walmart and got them pierced correctly for $12 and the earrings look so much more pretty than Claire's and costed a whole lot less! Also... Walmart will return the transaction and do it again if they messed up and you don't like them. Claire's is the biggest rip off...don't even...

My daughter went into the store to purchase stuff for homecoming but ended up leaving. No staff for a good 5 minutes in store then a lady had a tag that said Kymberly manager followed her around the store and was making comments about taking earrings when she had nothing in her hand. My daughter is mixed. She called me because I was at bath and body works and came over. The store smelled like pot. The manager apparently was talking to someone via her air pod. Well she walked past and I got a whiff of her she smelled like weed. I told my daughter we are out of here. As she walked out she goes oh unable to get anything because I am watching you. First of all this is my 1st negative review I left in my life! The blonde short haired manager there has no customer service experience at all. Very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't let me return a stuffed animal I bought for my little girl just 15 minutes earlier. Her excuse was the TY tag had been off of it. Every retailer in the world has the gun that shoots those little plastic bullets to hang those tags on. Besides that point, my daughter always begs me to go there and to get her something every time we're at the mall. The employees there are great. I think the manager needs to learn from...
