They told me they were going to be able to do an exchange all in one transaction and told me to go figure out what I wanted and then come back, and then when I came back there was a different dude there, I told him what the manager said previously and he just went ahead even though I had told him what the manager said she would do and he did not do it the way the manager said they would do it and didn’t even bother to get the manager to ask her. It seemed like they were too lazy to get help and then I ended up having to pay for the item upfront when I shouldn’t have had to because they sent the refund funds back to my bank instead of just crediting one the transaction (like the manager said they would) so I didn’t have the money to pay for the exchange item. There’s just a lack of coordination among staff members and if you’re ever trying to exchange something you may be stuck paying for something you should have credit for, in the meantime, waiting for your refund to come at an undefined time. And I spent so long trying to find pants that fit and nothing fit right. :( I’m just sad and frustrated.

Read moreI just have to rave about my amazing experience yesterday. I went in looking for a fairly specific item that is a men’s item for my fiancé who does not go into stores to shop. I head to the men’s portion of the store to find it’s closed off - a pipe had burst so they had to close the men’s area... I was a bit sad cause they normally have the type of thing I was in need of. So I went and found they had it in women’s but wondered if they might have it in the men’s. The gentleman (I’m so sad I didn’t get his name but he will know who he is) went way above and beyond and went into the men’s section to search for the item I needed and that they did indeed have! Not only that he had to go back a second time to get the size I decided on. It was exceptional customer service and I couldn’t express enough my gratitude for his help!!...
Read moreOne of your sale associates by the name of Leslie working on 04/18/21 at around 1:40 pm at the gateway mall location made my girlfriend and I feel very uncomfortable. My girlfriend had saw an item she liked and was trying it on in front of a mirror and Leslie walked up to us and said very sternly “we’re not allowed to be trying things on right now”. And proceeded to snatch the item from my girlfriends hand and walk away with it shaking her head just to put it on a hanger and hang it up behind the counter.... we had no idea this wasn’t allowed I get it but her attitude on the other hand.... was hard to believe...
