I do enjoy going to this store, it’s in the mall and while I’m shopping I can go to other branded clothes stores.. when I did go to entertain mart though, I was there with my kiddos looking for games on the Wii and mind you these aren’t the newest edition games either, so I wasn’t looking into anything crazy, but I bought a couple of games here an they didn’t bother to open the security strip with the game still intact of this box when I went home.. so I took it off when I got home, had to do it to look inside to see if the games were ok condition.. believe one was unbelievably scratched up and the other the case was just beatin it seemed.. disc was fine. If you believe going to this store is considered good you’d be close to something. This is the second time that my product had to be refunded due to an issue with quality control. 1st time was a PSP CIB game that had the wrong game in it. 2nd was a PS3 game with no game in it and on top of it they over charged me 10 dollars (because the price had changed). No apology even though I received a full refund both times. Told me they would check to see if they had the game and put it out for the “correct price”. Maybe they could have given me a 10 dollar refund and the correct game, but that may have been too much work. I won’t be shopping here again. I’d rather go to GameStop or more local used game stores. Read moreThe service was terrible. My 1o year old son had bought a game and the code provided had already been used. They would not accept an exchange or refund. They would not do anything to rectify the situation. Had called several times and had been hung up on. yes, I was upset but the fact that they stole $30.00 from a 10 year old would have anyone rightfully mad. The fact that they are robbing children is a disgrace and that they choose to do nothing to rectify the situation. Their response to "fixing" the problem was to reach out to the support email for the game provided. In return will not do anything because the "code" has already been used.
