Kiwi Burst — Local services in Lincoln

I just stopped in at opening, looking to treat myself. I was all "Today, I deserve a splurge" because the weekend had been kind of rotten. I ordered, the staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and my froyo delight looked great.

And then I dug in.

It was not Fro, it was just yo.

The frozen yogurt was pretty much a liquid soup. I ate it and I left, figuring that they'd just be like "was fine when we gave it to you. Do you really think we'd dish out Froyo that was not frozen?"

Thing is, it wasn't even a little frozen. I have 0 clue of why they would serve a bowl of liquid and call it Froyo.

I'll blame it on going early, because usually they are really good here, but yeah - this did not...

There is so much plexy glass creating the feel of a jail, they can’t even hear you. They serve you what ever portions they decide and you still need to pay by the ounce. If you can’t serve yourself like the business was intended, they should have set prices for each size like pink berry does. Poor customer service. Poor set up and a complete rip off!! If you choose to keep following Covid rules while it’s an endemic no longer a pandemic, then change your pricing. Otherwise take down the plexiglass and get back to business instead of this rip off you...

Due to COVID there is no self serve. Good system where you request your order on a slip of paper and they serve it for you. However prices seem to be made up. Customers ahead of us had 3 cups with toppings. Total was $7+. We also had 3 cups, at 30% capacity, 2 of which had toppings, 1 did not.
