This is SERIOUS: Bread is hard/ items missing/ Low quality/ Don’t expect refund or replacements just expect the food as if they are donating and never ask: We ordered online for breakfast sandwiches of 4 : 3 egg white avocado sandwiches and 1 chipotle avo sandwhich, but these 3 avocado egg white sandwiches doesn’t contain avocado tomatoes atall they just kept bread and egg white for all three sandwiches, when asked the manager and staff they want to refund for only one? And they refused for neither refund nor the resolution.. just for 20$ we ordered thousand of dollars value from this Panera and how these people behave for customer service and value is unacceptable they are arguing for this small thing .. they only asked us to come so that they would give refund or replace but when went there they did this unacceptable behavior.. we thought one picture would be enough but they need all pictures . Never faced with any others like this. So are these pictures enough? I still have rhe bread with me just to give you today, my husband also went there he forgot bread at home and the picture was not enough for them, The bread is so hard as well atleast with avocado we could eat this hard sandwich.. it was with breakfast package we are ordering or else i would never.. you lost 4 people just from us as your favorite customers. So money is not value for you neither do the customer satisfaction in food industry.. serving people with food .. and when caught you guys not only upset with customer but also behave inhumane.. its better if you need money freeely you must have told us.. not by doing this with customer. We ordered food because we were hungry not that just to pour money for just bread and omlet which we can prepare at home am i right? Read moreI waited for over about 20 minutes before receiving my food, when I receive my food the order was incorrect by far. I ordered a Chipotle chicken flatbread pizza, and it was customized, they literally served a piece of flatbread with nothing but tomatoes and about six crumble pieces of bacon. I paid extra for additional toppings and didn't even receive the original recipe. When I mentioned something about it they all looked at me like I had 12 heads, and then proceeded to ask me "well what was it supposed to be like?", I responded to them "how the receipt says". When I first ordered my food the lady that took my order was able to tell me my order before I even ordered, she repeated it and I told her it was correct in which it was. I also looked at my receipt to make sure she did enter the right ingredients in which she did. When I ask for a refund I was told to wait a minute cuz it will take a while to give a refund. And one of the cooks even attempted to just add the toppings in properly without cooking completely. Read moreOn June 12th I used the app to place an order to pick up. My order consisted of a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup and a bread bowl. My husband runs in thinking it’s going to be a quick in-and-out thing. Unfortunately he stands at the counter where they keep mobile orders for a minimum of 20 minutes, no body even acknowledged that he was standing there except staring at him standing there. Finally he asks for the order. The person behind the customer says “oh, it’s right here, we ran out of bread bowls” they told him they put an extra French baguette and a couple cookies since we already paid. First of all, how does Panera Bread run out of bread at like 5 o’clock? Secondly I look in the bag, I only have one piece of bread! And third, if a customer orders a bread bowl when they order soup, why in the world are they giving cookies? I don’t eat cookies, if I wanted a cookie I would’ve ordered one. I usually don’t have a problem with this location, but I guess there’s a first for everything! Very disappointing. I’ll never understand why it’s so hard to get an order right.
