I went in on Black Friday this past year since that is when my contract expired and I was looking to replace my phone. The sprint store I initially bought it from had great Black Friday deals, including the free iPhone 4. Complete opposite with this store. Store was absolutely dead with good reason, there was no deals what so ever. There was one older guy working the store, guy acted like he owned the place with his a hole mannerisms. Regardless I was there to get a phone and they did have the iPhone 5 for free. Unfortunately it was just a regular sprint deal though so I could've came in anytime. I approach the guy who didn't even gree me and he looks at me like I'm the biggest inconvenience. I explain I want the phone, and he goes and tells me about the promo for the new iPhone 6. It sounded good so I said ok, he was ok you just have to wait the 3 weeks until they come in. I was like ok never mind I came in for a new phone today. He tries to argue with me pretty much trying to get out of doing any work and tries to say it'll be a better deal. When I don't comply with what HE wants keep in mind I'm the customer, he reluctantly gives me the phone and drags through the sale. I'll rejoice if they go out...
Read moreHi! I was at the T-Mobile store in Lincoln ,R I. close to Lincoln Mall and the representatives that waited on me was Luis... He was excellent! Great customer service! Was very patient with me! Two people ahead of me was very polite and informing me he'll be with me in a few minutes..... The music he was playing was very loud and I mean loud so I asked him to please turn the music down as I had a headache and I laughed and he did just that as well...... He rectified my problem I was in the store at least a half hour there were two people ahead of me and then when I was being waited on I was the only one in the store he took his time with me explained everything my phone had to be rebooted I couldn't get it done at home I had to make a trip to the store I requested a new passcode.... He got me straightened out with another small problem and like I said was extremely patient, kind, and very professional.... Kudos to Luis ...!!!!! Thank you for listening........ Prior to me making the trip to the store I call customer service got a very nice lady but she hardly spoke clear English she tried and tried to help me over the phone to no avail..... Read moreThe service I had yesterday at this particular Mobile store in Lincoln Rhode Island three people went above and beyond to help me out after having brain surgery few years ago it's difficult to me to follow directions I hear what you're saying but sometimes I can't do it that between all the customers and they were a lot of customers they managed to help me the best they couldn't offered me and shared it brought me a cold water that I could put on my forehead because I thought it was going to pass out and everything was done the biggest problem was canceling my other phone because they were not too happy that I was leaving them after 10 years of using them but everything turned out good and they even help me out to my car because I'm 81 years old and things were not doing well at all and the three that helped me were Gabriel akeem in Jennifer there are other people on that for these are the three that were helping me hope this is recognized people always complain when things go wrong but I think we should put credit where credit is due in this deserves a few Stars thank you you...
