your blue store in Lincoln , RI was such a pleasure to visit! You are greeted immediately at the door by a smiling, helpful receptionist. I was told to take a seat and a consultant would call for me as soon as one was available. Almost immediately a very friendly woman Kathleen Chute introduced herself and a very nice young woman who was there for training…they asked how they could help me. I explained that I was losing my supplemental dental coverage after being retired from the school dept for 3 years…and wasn’t sure my Blue Cross Advantage plan I had would be enough coverage for any future dental procedures i might need. Kathleen explained what I had… and the 2 plans I had an option to add to my coverage. She showed me what the additional coverage would take care and if I joined before my school coverage expired… I wouldn’t have to wait for a 1 yr waiting period!! DONE!!👍 Kathleen was professional, friendly and had me feeling relieved that I would have the extra coverage immediately if I needed it. The girls made me very comfortable and relaxed and answered all my questions without hesitation!! From the he individual who registers you, to the awesome Customer Service Representative, (I believe her name was Courtney) to the manager (as you can see it was a well- managed location) everyone goes above and beyond to help my wife each time we visit.
PROBLEM Every four (4) months or so my wife runs into a problem getting a procedure performed in a BOSTON Hospital.
Even though she has been getting these shots for the last 10 or 12 years, it has been crazy. First it has to be: (1.) ordered/approved by a physician, (2.) sent to Blue Cross for approval, and (3.) then sent to the doctor's office for processing so he can perform the "back"procedure (Rhizotomy and/or Facet Joint Injections at different times.) Somewhere in that process there is always a breakdown.

The shots are given to me by a doctor in Massachusetts. I seem to have trouble getting this procedure because of the paperwork required each time I have it done. I have been getting these shots for at least ten years. The process always seems to get stalled somewhere, and causes me great anxiety as the process is not completed in a timely manner. Very often I need help. I go to the Blue store, and they fix everything. Two days ago, I went to the site in Lincoln Mall, and they fixed it all immediately.
